1. I think that was intended for the OP CokeyW Here Kev
South Cumbria near Barrow
I've dealt with Sambrook previously and would happly do so again. GLWTS
2. Kev is correct Thumbs are standard 3 knobbers Probably worth opening the electronics cavity and checking whats in it.
3. Resembles a Tune or Ibanez ergo type model or is it the Ralf someone or other signatures? Not a bad price to take a punt on if it's your kind of thing. Might be to tough to sell on.
4. Would like to hear this beauty. Is this the holy grail of acoustic basses? By the size of it, it must have some decent volume un amped ?
5. Warwick is your friend Meshugah and Mudvayne bass players use(d) Warwick. One of the line ups of The Henry Rollins Band used a thumb too. You're in good company.
6. Thanks folks, I found that thread earlier and had a read through. Just checked with Paypal and they say a transaction is covered through them using goods or services fee. Fingers crossed!
7. I'm looking at buying a bass in Europe, from a private seller - no feedback available. What can I check to make sure I'm not being done over? Safest way to pay? I've had seller send individual pics I've requested to confirm they actually have the item. Is there are any form of scam protection available ? Any advice appreciated.
8. If he's so bad how can people like it?? Try detuning your bass and see if he notices
9. Personally I don't need any signature basses. Surely it's solely a marketing ploy. Aren't all signature models? The new wooden warwick tuners are possibly the least attractive 'improvement' or design feature I've seen. Not for me thanks
10. That's unusual. I don't think ive seen a speaker layout like that one before. GLWTS
11.
Why is this still here? a year ago people would be fighting to give £800 for it!
That's exactly what I was thinking.......!?
12.
Two Limelight P's in the house
As no one else is - I'll have to do it. My, what a lovely pair That's better
13. I really really shouldn't be in here looking at this....
14. Wow that's an expensive service? Cracking bass tho as usual from the Kev
15. I could hear it from home in Stockport through closed double glazed windows so it must have been pretty damn loud!! Agree with the general consensus, the enormous venues around manchester won't be getting my money again. I retired after another adventure in crap noise a few years ago with RHCP at the MEN arena.
16. That is a thing of beauty. You don't realise how compact Ritters are until you see someone playing one.
17.
Yep, the Modulus is my only bass. On my own, and with others too, maybe flute and possibly sitar
I like that, if it happens id be very interested in hearing it
18. Where have you been hiding this beauty ? Look at it !! Cor!
