Thanks for the Shuker offer, but its not what im really looking for. People seem put off by the electrics on this being complicated when it really isn't. It takes a while to get used to but it's not rocket science. The switches are: Battery life indicator Neck pick up boost ( precision to on steroids) Bridge pickup serial/parallel/ single coil Piezo switch ( changes between the piezo in the bridge saddles or the mag bridge pick up. Volume/ blend stack knob Sweepable low pass filter and volume for neck pickup Sweepable low pass filter and volume for bridge pickup Sweep high pass filter and volume for overall. The 18v pre amp in this is amazingly versatile and really does offer an incredible array of tones and is a huge credit to Alan/ John East.

Thanks for the interest folks. Please pm any offers etc thanks I let this drop for a while, no hardship as I'm Loving using it. I've never come across such a versatile bass, and I've owned a wal for 20 odd years.
5. Hi What's your location? I can't see this being around for long, great price!!
6. Dela soul on catch up now. Really liked metronomy, band of skulls, bit of Haim - always good to watch bass face and tuneyards last night. Turns out I'm a bit of a secret p bass fan!
7. Thanks for all the interest. Pm's now replied. Pics to follow, having trouble linking
8. Price drop to £125 In a strange turn of events I've ended up with two of these pedals so here's one for sale. Below is the original post i bought from here on BC from Mcnach. I have one of these beasties, capable of doing a wide range of different types of envelope filters, plus some phasers too. The Pro version allows for "enhanced tweakability" , it has a very useful graphic EQ built in, it can take an expression pedal (assignable to any parameter), and 6 user-defined presets. It's in good shape, with original box and I am pretty sure I can still find the manual. But if not, it's available online. Pictures coming soon... but it looks like this: £145 includes 1st class recorded delivery in the UK.
9. Hi what's the weight of this and the neck depth at nut front to back please? Also is that a plastic JAN ? Cheers Daz
10. Do the graphics come off? Big fan of infinity's but wouldn't go near something with that finish. No offence intended
11. Aww gutted. I was in swansea last week and saw the festival was on but missed jimmy was playing there
12. That is really beautifully carved and crafted! How is it being strung? Curious about the scale length
13. Sounds about the going rate for a USA SUB, usually see them a bit higher priced than that for a 5.
14. I have to find my capo and try it on one of the 35"s. I generally prefer a light gauge like 30-90 on 4 strings so that might end up ultra floppy on a shorter scale. Then again maybe I'm looking to fix a problem that doesn't really exist and it's all in my head, then GAS gets a hold and convinces me there really is an issue that needs to be resolved.
15.
This arrived in the post this morning...
Ooof that's tasty! Ive been dreaming about a cream warwick lately. Now where's that cheap dolphin bolt on ....
16. No couldn't take the blind leap on it. Still unsure how usable it is but also keep reminding myself I don't do 6ers. Gas brain says I need this.....
17. I've been occasionally using a double four but only for home use. Very transparent uncoloured sound as stated above. My ACG sounds awesome through it. No issues with it at all from my personal experience. I travel a lot so its brilliant to take as its so small and light. However I'd suggest you try one as volume wise it may struggle to keep up. Also came from Drew at MBL, very helpful chap. My only grumble is they don't (afaik) do a gig bag.
18. Here's a little pic.... Excuse the rug!
19. Awww I hope you're not separating him from Ernie .....
20. Remind me of a storm trooper ......
21. Thanks for all the replies folks. I've since been looking at Shep's blog/site and was really impressed with his 32" custom roscoe. Still mulling it over. Oh it's a prometeus bass by the way. Italian luthier
