Louder than loud, with full room filling authority. Humps any Ashdown up to 500 watts. Super reliable, yet cheap to fix if out goes wrong. My fav. But I already have two of 'em. Russian components, not interchangeable stuff. Yeah - cheap Marshall's do... ...which is why I only keep them from JTM45 - JCM800.

Military does not equal musical. By no means. These had a big prob with popping valve taking out transformers... ...and there are NO parts for these... ...but this one is still going, so may be OK.

This is unfeasibly great value for a thunderous setup. Just the drivers are worth half the price. I love the boost control...

The two (or three)digits are the original price in yen. I have seen 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70, 100, 125. The main differnces are electrics and wood flawlessness (izzat a wurd?)

Eminence are a good all-round bet, especially if you are after a USA/bright tonality. Don't have the compressed/smooth top end of the edge-doped Brit drivers.

The Fender is voiced for Eminence drivers, which are usually efficient. Well, certainly more suited than the 95dB 'tight' Celestion neos which ar ebetter suited to a compact cab. The big box lieks 'em kinda loose and flappy.
