Since I tune to A, the string isn't really high enough tension for me. I'll send this to someone for £5 and postage, I've got one still sealed and packaged and 1 that has about an hours play on it. If you want both of them, no extra charge. If the buyer doesn't want the two, I'll send the slightly used one on to someone for the price of postage. I've just replaced the used one with a TI .136. Much higher tension, suits me better for a low A. -
Its been said already, but I just don't see the advantage of a 35" scale, I find that every advantage gained on the low B is lost on the D an G strings, its an insignificantly small difference on both to these ears however. I'd go so far as to say I think its impossible to tell by listening to a recording what scale length is being played between the two.

Real music has gone back to where it belongs, the underground. I very rarely go to a gig with more than 1000 people at it, in fact, an average crowd for a gig I attend is probably around 400 people. The current music scene is stronger than ever, you just need to work a little harder to find the real gems among the infinite amount of absolute sh*te out there

Postage would probably be about £30 if the cab is ~20kg. If you just completely encase it in a lot of bubble wrap and then insulating foam it should be ok in the post. I've posted cabs to people like that and they've always arrived fine -
