We got booked to play a gig for the "crusties" in Belfast in the early 90s. Venue was a bit dirty but not as bad as the crusties.

I got this played to me as a young man. Took the top of my head clean off. Love it. Have a listen to King B by Erik Truffaz. Similar stuff.

Bren- Space wise in our small gaff the midget wouldn't cause any raised eyebrows. At the right price secondhand this may be a winning idea over the next 6 months or so. I have some work coming up that will have some money put aside for this. Rob- it's been delayed twice. Rather annoying but its small enough and powerful enough for the money. I've been using a behringer combo that was leant to me. Even my bandmates are asking me when my new cab is arriving...

I have an Eden 4ohm 12" on order from Thomann. It keeps getting put back date wise as to when they'll have it in stock. I played the amp through a full range PA speaker and that made me grin. Anyone have any experience of what other cab will sound "nice" with this amp at £300 and under budget? Cheers.

These days by Joy Division. On a new wave vibe with the band I'm with. Last two learnt - Israel by Siouxsie and the Banshees and Public Image by PiL.

Just bought a GK MB200 last week. Cabinet has yet to arrive though. So far through headphones the amp is rather nice. It sounds like I have a new bass (to my ears anyway). I am aware that my experience with modern amps is "limited", to put it mildly. I ordered the eden 4ohm 12 inch cab. Going for small and light. Hope I like it.
