I've recently picked up a Westone Thunder body that I'm going to try to make a project out of, my problem is I'm having difficulty finding a neck for it. Can't seem to find a matching neck for sale anywhere and the neck on my Fender Jazz doesn't look like it would fit, the neck pocket is roughly 63cmx85cmx15cm. Does anyone have any idea what sort of neck would fit? Trying to do it on the cheap so hoping the answer is something along the lines of a squire

I've recently decided to upgrade my rig so would like some advice if possible? I had an Ashdown EB180 for years and in all fairness I was impressed with it, especially for the price. My only real issue towards the end was that it wasn't the most interesting sounding of amps, maybe I got just got bored of it over time, but I sort of hit a wall with it. I've been offered one of the red MAG 400's for a decent (I think, £160 sound any good?) price and was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and most importantly wether they sound anything like the EB or if they have a bit more to them? The EB I had was a 1x15 combo, with the MAG I'll probably pick up 4x10 and 1x15 Ashdown MAG cabs.

Hey I'm Dan from Wales, Just getting back in to playing bass after a few years in the woods... Well a tiny flat in Cardiff, not quite the woods but it's more fun to exaggerate. Current set up is an MIM Fender Jazz, which I think came from here before I bought it and an Ashdown EB 180, which I'm looking to shift for something easier to carry. Been listening to far too much Mothers Cake recently too.
