If you don't use pedals, then I can't see any reason why you would buy a B6 over a stomp. Although if you don't use pedals, I don't get why you would get a stomp either - why not just get a DI box or something like the TC Spectacomp, where you can just have a toneprint and a DI out?

Certainly, My bass playing is much more harsh since I got my tattoos, and the more red they are, they harsher they sound!

That particular bass is on eBay at the moment, and it does look a pretty clean example. There was one in Mansons last year for about 1k, but I see they are all seemingly up for quite a lot more now

The bass seems pretty well balanced in the mix. I like the instrumentation at the start, and as you say, the sound of the bass and the atmosphere - a bit repetitive, but I think that is the point to build up. I really liked it until the singing, at which point I was out, but sounds like a good bass line to learn.

Yes, its a fender performer bass, made in japan. Not many of them around as it wasn't popular, but it was the 80s so they were trying to go for something pointy. One of those basses that is hard to find but not many people are looking. I think they are nice, enjoyed playing one at the last bass bash, even if the volume is pretty temperamental. So why do you think it is fake? I can't see it would be worth faking them, they are not really worth enough to put the effort in compare to say an old jazz or something.

I had that single, bought new. But I was a child it wasn't my fault. My dad had the 70s to St George and the Dragonet and little blue riding hood. Only the colour was changed to prevent an investigation!

Really isn't - that is the best version of Easy (and one of the few on here that does beat the original. Sound of silence on the other hand is an abomination, and I like disturbed.

Just have 2 LED lights that are bolted to the PA. It isn't much but it is enough to be something. And also obviously you have to have a light up drum kit don't you?

Its not common for that to happen though, and for balance, the only tuner that I have had go is a Grover tuner from a Shuker, and that certainly wasn't a cut corner, it was just a manufactured defect.

I suspect that is aria, that is the traditional Aria shape that goes back to the 80s.

Yeh, that is where I am with that one. When they do copies of something like a musicman, well, there is no way someone spending £200 would buy a musicman anyway, and maybe at some point when they do, they will get one. However, if you are doing a copy of a £300 bass, you are directly taking that sale from the company that did the design and came up with that thing. I guess it is the way of a lot of chinese (and frankly most business) marketing, to rely on the designers of other companies, and lets face it. most designs are just copies of old fenders but a bit sad when they can't get their own designer. You can see why it isn't worth a company making unique designs, they have to take the hit that noone likes it and lose money on it, and if they do get a successful design, it just gets copied.

Sorry for any confusion, no, I wouldn't replace any part of any amp that wasn't working or showing any physical signs of damage. And on an amp that was only 3 years old I wouldn't expect to find either of those things.

The lead parts (or guitar parts) in general of Sweet Child of mine are pretty easy (ignoring any technical skill of playing them) and where they go is completely obvious once you have played it through a couple of times, so I see no comparison there. In fact having not played it in many years I would be able to play the structure of sweet child without any hassle. If I had to sing it though, the chances of me getting the words in the right order would be pretty minimal. Also where you have 50 songs to go through where most of them are E/A/B in a loop for 3 verses, it doesn't compare with the lyrics. I do a couple of main vocals on songs, and I have the lyrics down. I don't always read them but it is handy if they are there.

I would be looking for something at most B3n size to make it work for me. Or Line6 HXHF (whichever is bigger - I guess the latter).

My suggestion would just be to sell them and buy fretted versions of the basses if possible. Getting fretless basses fretted is a lot of work, so will be expensive and pretty non reversable and it is not money you would ever get back selling them, so unless they are very rare, just getting fretted versions would be easier.

Most songs are the same things over and over, the verses are all the same. The lyrics tend to change per verse, so that doesn't seem unreasonable.

Has a arm and top cutaway. unless it is slab sided, when it doesn't Always has one split pickup. Unless it has the original single coil pickup. Or 2 split pickups. But never one split and one j pickup. Unless it does. Always has a volume and tone control. Unless it has two pickups, then it can have another volume The volume and tone control are on the same pickguard as the pickup. Unless they are on a separate plate. Is always passive. Unless it's active. And then it is allowed another switch. or two.

It isn't common because it is licensed work which costs money and is harder to get, it is less fun to be in a band if you were to rely on the licenced music at £5 a pop and you have 50 covers to learn. I did play with a keyboard player that couldn't play anything without the sheet music. Which made it very unenjoyable to be in a band with as it both restricted your options for jamming, extending, or correcting errors. But it is pretty uncommon.
