  1. It can be done, its just not as clean, nice and supported as if the account hadn't been deleted, which is kind of the point of deleting an account! Leave it with me, I will have a look when I don't have a pigeon sitting on my arm.
  2. Indeed, although it would have been easier to just rejoin as the last account and change your name. Assuming that there is evidence that you are indeed the same person (I haven't looked yet) it should be easy to attach your old account to your new account (although it might be easier to attach your new account to your old account and rename) - not sure what happens about points though
  3. The nylon coloured suit - why did they ever die out for bands heh?
  4. Its very necessary, that is what provides him with an income. Isn't that the point of being a professional musician? He also does lessons on various places (scotts bass lessons etc). he has a few albums and yes, he can play in a normal band where it isn't about him. Olympic runners - whats the point huh? you can go faster in a car and can they even go for a walk like normal people?
  5. Thats because the video is delayed to match the latency of the headphones
  6. I don't think that latency is a design concern of headphones for use in listening to music - it doesn't really matter if the music comes at you 200ms later, if that is all you are listening to.
  7. Absolutely love mine, ok, they are only mono, but the quality sounds pretty good, they are easy enough to use, and now my X18 has a 5GHz router, it all works well. It did take the default X18 wireless out, but then most things do, so not really surprising. They are also pretty cheap. Obviously there are a lot of things better if you can pay more, but they work well for me, I am certainly not looking for anything else at the moment.
  8. "As I’m a bit worried about sending it all the way to Bill Finnegan in the United States to fix it," and also given that he doesn't run that company any more.
  9. I assumed it was a thing he did, as he also mentioned 'Chris Spire'
  10. He only uses the Rickenbacker for a very small number of songs, so I doubt he has anything specific for it. The helix's do, thats what I use for my dual output devices.
  11. I have got a 2001 Euro and a 2021 RST. They are both very good basses, while not really being the same as each other. There is certainly no drop off of quality on the RST.
  12. Yeovil has lost a lot of venues, but there are loads in the surrounding villages so doing ok. But as you say, in yeovil there are a lot of solo acoustic acts and stuff (not normally backing tracks), so if you do or like those, it is probably pretty good. Not my sort of thing. Actually since coming out of lockdown our average money has gone up, it used to be £250-300 (which is the amount which didn't change over the last decade) and it has gone to £300-350 average, which we are good with.
  13. Cant imagine a Spector with barts, although I suspect they are the US barts rather than the bart licensed things that Ibanez use in their budget basses. I do have one with Agulars though and that is probably my favourite
  14. Mostly good gig. This was a halloween party about 30 miles away, which is far from us, but the pay was pretty good. hard to find place, but easy to set up while we were there. This was the first gig we had done since the band almost split up, and there is still an undercurrent there. However, we played pretty well all night, and the crowd were friendly and happy. 5 minutes before our alloted time to finish the guitarist decided that was it for him as he had to get home so we didn't get to do an encore which was a shame, he says he is leaving in the new year so better start looking for another one, not bad going I guess as it is the same lineup since 2016. All in all, not too bad though and at least the country roads are quieter at night
  15. Maybe the type of gig you do is the problem then?
  16. Agreed - I had an HB bass, and it played supurbly but I am sure after a gig I was a few inches shorter and there was a dent in the floor where I was standing!
  17. On mine I found it easier to leave everything as it was and do any tone shaping I wanted on my pedalboard.
  18. I enjoyed having mine but too heavy for me to want to carry it everywhere
  19. I would say the others were!
  20. Can't you just use twotone sheeting, like this sort of thing https://www.amazon.co.uk/d-c-fix®-Sticky-Plastic-adhesive-346-0356/dp/B005DKTGOI/?tag=googshopuk-21&hvadid=309889582779&hvpos=&hvrand=494127037676983566
  21. You don't - posts get locked when they are done (by adding sold / withdrawn / traded in the title) unless there is an error then you report it and ask the mods to sort it
  22. Nope, you are right. Bass, treble and centre have a detent in the middle which is the mid way - so one side of the detent is cut and one side of the detent for all of those controls. The other one is the mid frequency, which as you say has no centre position, so this is right. That one being the bottom of the 3rd knob from the neck end.
  23. I have a pair of ZS10s and a P2, although I don't use the P2, I let the drummer use that (as he isn't moving anyway). I use the XVive, it works for me ok.
  24. Is this a thread that you had commented on, or one you were following, as I get notifications of anything I commented on, even if I unfollow. I guess it shouldn't be that way
