That's a relief, cheers. It is lovely to play but just had niggling doubts when I saw pictures of the others.

[color=#000000][font=verdana, geneva, lucida,]I bought this US made Fender Jazz bass from a private seller but when I started researching them online I noticed mine was different in several ways to the ones I was looking at. The machine heads looked different, the truss rod adjustment hole was in the wrong place and lastly the strings don't go through the body on mine like they do on others. The serial number checks out as a 2003 US guitar I know Fender are often changing things on their guitars but just want to confirm this is the real deal and not a disguised Mexican model or something else entirely.[/font][/color]
