1. Price: One human kidney, a soul and few quid (disclosed)
2. Bump
3. I'm parting with my beloved Rat Tail in search of a Rat King, this thing kills! Best distortion I've ever used and it really cuts through the mix of any setting! Very very versatile as well! I've used it as a slight OD, a thunderous distortion and a lovely warm fuzz on occasion! Great pedal for the price! I've not a great photo, but you get the jist from this! It's the goldish pedal! Price/Trade value: £120/£130 Asking price: £100 delivered
4. I use a Fuzzrocious Rat Tail, in my opinion, I don't think you could get better/more versatile bass distortions/OD's/fuzzes then theirs!

Delay?

They just seem like such an expensive effect to buy for just using maybe 2/3 times in a set!

Delay?
I have sometimes used analog delays for noise at gigs, bit cliche but can sound cool. For more musical use of delay, I like doing stuff like this: https://soundcloud.c...-flotsam-jetsum The track above was done with a DD-3, but I recently got a Catalinbread Echorec, and I'm starting to come up with lots of similar style ideas, but there's a LOT more scope in the Echorec to do this sort of thing
That sounds great dude! I just turn into a complete moron when I have a delay in my hands, I used to have an RV-3 a few moons ago and I just couldn't for the life of me think of times to use it

Delay?
Not something I would want to do unless a specific need arose e.g. Pink Floyd tribute band.
Yeah that's my feeling, I use a reverb to make some big atmosphere, but that's a rare occasion, I find that reverb is really not favoured on bass and delay is preferred, I just wanna know why ya know!

Delay?

I'm just interested in people use of delays and where you use them? Every time I get one I just can't find a use for it in anyway, it just seems to get muddy but I see delays on a lot of people's boards? I'm just looking at how people use them in a band setting?
9. From the manufacturer's directly, I've e-mailed seeing about a tracking code if there is one!
10. Hey guys I've ordered a pedal from America and I am incredibly impatient, I ordered it 9 days ago and I'm just wondering when I should expect it? Also, it was $227, should I be expected to pay import tax, some people say no, some people say yes, any ideas?
11. My Orange SP212 is perfect, sounds amazing and deep, takes up little space, only bad thing is the price tag
12.
FY-2 I think?
What I would give to see Radiohead...
13. Never heard of these Bear Claw guys, this is amazing!
14. Talented bunch of guys! With some great songs, just sometimes it gets a bit samey!
15. And one more, I find this band a bit hit or miss, but Nick Beard's tone is punishingly punchy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9UkfZ58LmY
16. Further rat love, dat tone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chYmJEi4Wbk
17. Hmmmm Would definitely be good idea for an OD pedal!
18.
Last one! This has to be included, purely for the chorus which is still my favourite dirty bass sound ever!
His distortion is amazing and unique, it's crazy that he just gets that sound from messing with his Ric!
19. I'm just gonna start this off with a modern dirty bass classic! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDdTpVrcNvQ
20. Hey guys Booking a tour here, anyone got any promoters for this area? Driving from Cardiff and the driving to Brighton the next day, so somewhere in that general area would be cool Can anyone help me? We're on the pretty heavy side, so a rock promoter is ideal!
21. +1 for the Demon, although I'm an OCD man, a Demon is better version
22. Prime BASS, you're the Basschat ambassador for the BB Preamp! Is it a good OD that would work well running into the Rat Tail? I've been looking at it and it could be a winner!
23. I find it to be the most accurate pedal as well over the TU-3/2 and the Korg
24. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LDfgEpZJWG0 Another contender from a different end of the spectrum
25. Only comment I have is the small black knobs on the top are very hard to see, even in good light But I think a lick of Tip-Ex in the up grooves with sort that out!
