1.
Oh well, better get it over with (can't remember if I did this before the FBI stole our site) so here goes. I think I may be here under false pretences as I currently have no bass (sold it, working on getting a new one), and am in the process of selling my amp and pedals (except my GT6B) and have recently gave up gigging  (not my fault Guv, honest !) I've played bass for nearly two thirds of my life which makes me nearly vintage (47), after giving up drums (applause from drummers everywhere). I also play the cursed 6-string plank. I am one of a growing number of Bassworlders who profess to live in the "Glasgow-ish" locality, but I am no stranger to soap despite what they say
Hard to think this was nearly two years to the day (29/5/05) when I wrote that, and here we are shifting digs again My amp (Ashdown ABM550, 2x mini8's) was sold, as was the 25th Anni Stingray, and despite saying differently, the GT6B (ta Chris). However, I now have a nice Ibanez SR1000EFM and a cracker wee brute of a EA iAmp 350 combo (Ta Owen), but am still not going back to gigging this year (restuarants don't count !) The name has been the same on BW, BT, and now here.

 5. Nov 23 2005, 01:53 PM Post #2 Guests Having dealt with this fine gentleman as both buyer and seller, I can say each occasion left me with a pleasantly warm feeling and the odd-but-not-unpleasant scent of coconuts. Not to mention the "Deja Vu"! S. **I think this was Thumper with my SD MM pickup and circuit ?**
 6. We all know what its about. I've bought stuff, sold stuff, passed (not much) on stuff, and met a few of you fine people. So, if I haven't messed this one up, have at it
