    Now I'm not sure. The one I thought you had was a kind of a pearlescent front, with wood layers. It also had gold hardware (I'm not that fond of it, but it suited the bass) Nice basses though. I thought it was yourself that had it. Maybe not. I think the profile pic was a Liverbird ?

    The only reason I know about it is Epihone using it on guitars "Inspired By Gibson" for over a grand. For that price I want Rosewood, or Ebony. Anyway, sorry for the derail. It does look like a nice bass.

    Mine was/is an Ibanez Premium fiver with an white finish that was on here. I think @edstraker123 might have owned it ? It was lovely, but I've never seen another one

    I had one exactly the same. It made a great noise, and the Harmonic Emphasis control saved me a fortune in strings. It literally seemed to make oldish strings sound new and zingy. Enjoy

    Thanks for letting me know. Studio Drums, Tight Drums, and all MIDI files purchased. Great value, but it's sad to see a company like them go down

    Having had a number of TE amps, cabs, and combos in my time, The last 4x10 combo I had (Think kit was while they were still owned by Kamen/Gibson at the time) had this Harmonic Emphasis switch. It was great for when my strings were passed their sell by date....made them sound new. However, I liked the sound for some other things too. A quick google tells me that, according to TE, this was produced more by an exciter type fx than EQ. Any ideas on how to recreate it live ? I think I may have an old Aphex Bass Xciter pedal somewhere, but wondered if there any other options ? It's a pity that it couldn't be recreated by EQ, as I have a few options in that direction. TIA

    Hi Dunk It's possibly on again, if I can sell my Korg microstation, as I've discovered a KD10 i was going to sell. I could surely fit one more measly, wee rubber pad to my rack ? Any progress, I'll let you know
