    I still lust after a stormtrooper white HX Stomp. Just on looks alone I don't think it's black sparkle at all. It just looks like black to me. I can't get a good pic of it, so here's a stock one.

    Got mine just after Christmas. It's a "Limited Edition" in black sparkle with gold footswitches, though I would have been happy with the classy, grey version as it was just the 3 that were in stock and they were all SE. Just the same price as the "normal" QC though Looking forward to getting tore in after tomorrow.

    See above I knew it was an SB, (as Ive had a few, Aria SBs not drinks ) but for some reason typed SR (probably my Ibanez fixation), but definitely convinced myself it was 800 Maybe its my brain and not my eyes. Anyway, I've used Securus, but haven't had to make a claim, and their prices are reasonable

    I use Parcelforce 24/48, but get external insurance from Secursus Parcel Insurance BTW I'm probably wrong, but isn't that a SR600 ? I thought everything up from that was neck through ?

    I always knew it would come down to an Ibby at that price Thanks, but I couldn't have a Hofner Violin copy, having once had the real thing. It would just remind me of my stupidity in selling it Not that bothered about the fretless conclusion, but would like to know what people think of Ibanez's short five string ?

    I wondered about that that too. I do have a 34" Ibanez, but would like to know what's available in a short scale. Also 5 string. is the bottom string too floppy on a shorty, or medium scale ? I was thinking of maybe £500 used

    I gigged a 4 string version of this in a metallic candy red finish for about three years, sometimes doing 2 gigs a day, 6days a week. It not only lasted the course, but sounded great. GLWTS

    Must agree, it can be hard for some employees. I always liked our customers...….pity I couldn't say the same for my boss. I did notice the longer I was there (14 years or thereabouts, part time, then full time), I tended to lose interest in some stuff like PA, but you have to have it in you to like people, and enjoy what you're doing. However, the whole shop atmosphere can be poisoned, if somebody decides to take their problems out on the rest of the staff.
