My last bit of GK is now up for sale...... Ive own this cab since around the middle of last year and its been gigged and rehearsed with.... The only real mark on it is shown in the pic, other than that its very minor cosmetic stuff you would associate with gigging It run and 600 watts, is 8 ohms and is nice and light for a cab with this volume and size... Ive had this bass since about September last year and its been gigged and rehearsed a few times since then.... Comes with a Hiscox hard case and a Hipshot Bass Extender.... Everyone knows how they sound and the fantastic build quality..... There a bit of plectrum mark on the scratch plate but you have to look real close to see it... Other than that there are no other major cosmetic marks at all. Im based in the East London/Essex border and ok with either meeting up halfway or dropping off if the distance isnt too far... Im selling her only because, deep down i know im a Jazz Bass kinda guy so im now desperate to trade with a decent Fender Jazz Bass if possible....... I repeat.... My second Musicman that im putting up for sale, i just have no real use for a fretless and she is just to good to waste.... Ive had her for a short while now and had her transformed into a fretless by the guys at the Bass Gallery in Camden (Ebony fingerboard) For a bass her age she is is amazing condition, no major dings or marks other than two very small holes on the scratchplate where a previous owner looks like they had a thumb rest attached .... The foam pads on the string mutes are long gone I'm afraid Im out on the Essex/East London part of the M25 so she can be dropped off or met half way if the distance isnt silly. If not a courier is the way forward Im more interested in cash only really unless its something like a TC Electronic head.... My nicely mojo'd and wonderfully played in Stingray has been put away for far to long so I think its about time she got the use and love she deserves. Ive had her since 1992 or so and was my main gigging bass until I turned to a Spector about 3 years ago, i now it seems have gone all Fender again so she is up for sale. She has the usual small dinks and dents you would expect from a bass this old and ive tried to photograph the couple of "roadworn" marks she has. The pics dont seem to be showing up the fact its a trans Red nor the fantastic grain on the neck The bass was last set up professionally about 10 months ago and has sat in her case pretty much constantly until I put a new set of Slinkys on her and added a set of Ernie Ball string mutes a couple of weeks ago... Oh, she also has some schaller strap locks on her... the originals have long since disappeared im afraid She comes complete with a Stingray case Im based on the Essex/East London border and happy to drop off or meet part way as long as the distance isn't in light years away, i also have no problem with using a courier The iphone pics are not the best so please give me a shout if you would like better ones Trade wise, nothing with more than 4 strings and probably either P or Jazz shaped.....
