1. It's sadly dawned on my, after 5 string basses, that the extra string isn't for me... And so, this fantastic bass is going up for sale.... I bought her a few months back from Bass Direct has only had a three or four rehearsals and is in almost mint condition. There are some very faint buckle marks on the back other than that I can't find anything else. For a passive bass it has a huge, powerful sound, all the options you can imagine from a PJ set up. The build quality is amazing.... The only real difference between this and the £2000+ 2025X is that this hasn't had the specialised wood treatment..!!!! Comes with a very nice Yamaha gig bag and strung with a new set of DR fatbeams I'm on the look out for a trade with a decent Jazz bass or Musicman if anyone has any laying around the house...!! Forgive the rubbish iPad pics.... Better ones can be taken if your interested
2. Morley is now SOLD The Boss eq is still available ....
3. No problem......
4. It's a shot in the dark but I have a brand new Yamaha BB1025X.... I've had it about a month and a half, the only reason I'm getting rid is that I'm now convinced 5 strings are not for me
5. Up for any trades or purely cash.?
6. A still here for sale bump.......
7. The Boss pedal has only been on my pedalboard a very short time and is near mint condition (only thing missing is the rubberised bottom) Comes boxed with instructions £35 p&p The Morley has been on a fair while but has really had very little usage (it was a impulse buy and it wasnt really for me). No box or instructions for this im afraid £30 inc p&p Im after a decent flanger pedal at the moment so perhaps a trade for one might be in order
8. This rig is now unused and needs a loving home.... Its the British made Ashdown and is no longer in production, sounds perfect with some VERY minor scuffs on the metal corners on the cab, which runs at 4ohms, very loud, clear, all the usual Ashdown sounds.... also comes with covers and the Ashdown footswitch. Im interested in trades (basses.... tell me what you have) and im more than willing to drop off within reasonable distance.... Im based on the East London/Essex borders Any questions or requests for more pics please drop me a line
9. Same question..... If you do split, I'm interested in the 115 Dave
10. Price drop bump...... £400..
11. Time to move on my Ashdown amp..... theres an attack of GAS that needs dealing with... Its in near perfect condition, comes with a cover, sounds awesome etc, etc.... this is the blurb from the Ashdown website... Proudly built in the UK, the Classic Series is Ashdown’s flagship bass amp range. Comprising of 500 and 1000-watt Klystron heads, a selection of cabinets and a range of 500-Watt combos, the Classics are about doing everything better – more volume, more dynamics, an extended frequency range and greater versatility. The 575-Watt Klystron 500 head features a single input is switchable for passive and active instruments with a blend of solid state and dual triode tube preamps stages. Three straightforward rotary tone controls provide 20dB of cut and boost at 60Hz, 660Hz and 5kHz, and are supplemented by two pairs of additional sliders giving 15dB cut and boost at 180Hz, 340Hz, 1.3kHz and 2.6kHz. A built-in dual band compressor acts separately on the high and low frequency components of the signal to provide precise control, while the on-board sub-harmonic generator turns the Classics into powerhouses of tone. The inclusion of a 4-way footswitch as standard makes Ashdown Classic amongst the most versatile live performance bass amps in the business, providing control over the compressor, sub-harmonic generator, tube grind and EQ pre-shape. Im based on the Essex/East London border and would be willing to delivery if the milage isnt to much
12. I've had it on my pedal board for the past few years, upgraded to the Pedalsnake system, everything plugged in, switched on but no sound..... Then the worrying smell came from the sansamp..... Removed it immediately.... And it now appears dead. Strangely the other pedals worked/work fine...!!!! The sansamp is now dead and I'm thinking it's probably been fried at some stage but I'd like someone to check it out to see if it's at all recoverable....
13. Is there anyone on this forum who could possibly point in the right direction.... My Sansamp BBDI is not well at all (as in not working) and i was wondering if its worth getting it looked at... Is there anywhere in London that is known for its effects repair work?
14. PM'd.......
15. I agree with the Grand Wazoo..... Its a nightmare to find, the stock seems familiar and unless your needs are lighting and/or PA's there isn't really much to look at. And the pedal i was after had been sold on Ebay... they hadn't updated their website.... Its nothing like their old shop, which is a great shame.....
16. Bump for the Small Clone pedal.........
17. RandomProddy & 1970... you have PM's....
