1. I had a Streamliner 900 and still have a Shuttle 9.0. The Streamliner was great with my BF Midget t, but the low end was overpowering with my BF Big Baby t, the Shuttle 9 works great for me with the Big Baby. I sold the Streamliner for a Shuttlemax 9.2. I think you made the right choice for your BB2.
2. Thanks for that, I may replace my Midget t with a BB2 as it's not that much bigger or heavier, I like the low end girth I get with the BBt, so the midget is only taken out where weight or size are an issue
3. Does anyone have experience of using both these cabs that could comment about how they compare? I have a Big Baby T and would like to know how BB2 sounds tonally in comparison, I know the BB2 will be a bit louder. Thanks Iain H
4. For me the iamp micro is one of the worst amps i've owned. Beautifully built, but lacks power....nowhere near 500 watts, it also lacks low end and is mid honky and compresses with volume...in my experience. I'm happy with my shuttle 9 and max 9.2, haven't tried a 6.0, i'm told they also lack a bit of bottom end. I believe the newer 6.2's have the same high pass as the 9.0, so should sound better. The iamp has nice input switching between channels, shame it doesn't sound nice for me, i know others love them.
5. If you only have one cab, the max 9.2 is probably the better option. The 12.2 would be the choise for 2 x 4 ohm cabs
6. Bump for a nice speaker and owner

8. My Genz Benz Streamliner 900 + Genz Gig bag, as new for sale. Pics to follow, but it looks like new. £450 delivered in the UK
9. I use a streamliner 900, i like nice clean warm bottom and hifi top end. I have a TH di box....this is my backup in case i loose a valve on the streamliner. TH preamp is a bit lacking on the hifi top end for me, but it is a solid quality box. I have to watch i don't overload the input on the streamliner with my Overwater J...Nordy big splits and J retro preamp....input pre at 10 o'clock with this bass.

18. For sale, my 1976/77 Fender Precision bass. I bought this bass new in autumn 1976, it's 1977 model. I have all the original parts except the Knobs. At the moment it has a badass2 bridge and a tort scratchplate. The original scratchplate is black and has a microswitch fitted between the tone knob and jack socket. This was for a parallel/series switch on a Dimarzio p bass pickup i had fitted in the late 70's. I have the original bridge, bell covers and thumb rest, so the bass can be returned to original spec. The pots date to week 25 1976. The neck has origin frets and hasn't been removed, the neck pocket looks nice and tight and strings are aligned nicely on the neck....no one sided G string like some. It is currently strung with Thomastik jazz flats. The bass comes with a Hiscox lite flight case. The bass is in very good condition for its age, there are a few belt marks on the back, and tuners are a bit tarnished. Some small wear marks on the edge of the body, but pretty good for a gigged 36+ year old bass. I'm looking for (WITHDRAWEN) Thanks Iain Harkness
19. I have a Streamliner 900 that sounds great with a BF Midget t, but recently added a Bib Baby t. The Streamliner is just a bit too heavy on the bottom end for the Big Baby t, it also shows up a slight mid "hole" (harmonics don't sing) that isn't obviouse with the Midget. Back to using my Shuttle 9 with the Big Baby t....eq flat most of the time...first time ever for me on a bass amp. But the Streamliner is prefect with the Midget t
20. These are nice and fat with a hifi top end and a compressor
