1. Nice, did you have any import grief with "Cites" wrt rosewood fingerboard?
2.
Alas another requirement for me would be either a precision/soapbar/humbucker pickup somewhere near the traditional P position. Twin J pickups cannot give me the sound(s) I am looking for.
Just for info, BBNE2 pickups are not J style single coil pickups, they are stacked humbuckers, they just look like J's
3. Hipshot A at bass direct http://www.bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/Hipshot_A_style_bridges.html
4. I have a pair of these http://herculesstands.com/international/products/fretted-and-bowed-instrument/guitar/single-stands/gs405b/ Had then for years, no issues. Fitted my 6 string Overwater ok. I use one of these mostly, because it folds down smaller while still offering neck support https://produkte.k-m.de/en/Stands-and-accessories-for-instruments/Fretted-instruments/17670-Guitar-stand-Memphis-Pro-black

6.
You should be able to hear the background hiss increase/decrease as you adjust the tweeter...
Depending on age and how much rock n roll you've been playing over the years
7. I also had a 1 inch short cover ordered direct from from Roqsolid, this was a "vertical cover", ie slid on from the top of the cab. They remade it, it was too loose and slid off the cab when you were walking with it, i bought a "side" mounting one and the size is fine. They have the wrong sizes and aren't clear on leeway.
8. I have MB200 and MB800, if you like the Mb200 sound ( I agree it does compress when pushed), get an MB500 or 800. I haven't got anywhere near feeling the MB800 compress. I've also owned a Streamliner, i found it a bit dark and tone controls didn't really help too much for me, so check it out before going that route.

10. I also had intonation problems with Dunlop superbrights.

12. Had a 75 Jazz back then, but the neck was poor, loved the sound though. Now I have these, absolutely brilliant

18. My first amp was a GEM M bass30, back in the 70's. it used to distort after it heated up for a while, i never did find out why.
19. I've also had this, it was the valve base pins that were slack, needed to be bent tighter to hold the valve secure. Also check the push in valve base holder pins are not oxidized

21. I got to play what was described as serial number 2 on a Musicman reps tour in the UK 1976, it was beautiful to play, much nicer than anything I had played at that point, but it was heavy from what i remember.
