Gone
If they're still around by Xmas then you can have them, but I do need to get rid, so if anyone can take them off me sooner I'll have to give them priority. MB1. PMd.
  10.
Well, as I have explained in another post, I ordered it, and even before it arrived I was in need of some other equipment (non-musical) for my work, so I am trying to recoup some expenses. Grab a bargain while I am still gutted... So: BRAND NEW, UNMOLESTED MusicMan CLASSIC STINGRAY 4 in Powder Blue (depending on the light it fades into Mint Green, really nice). The flaming and birdseye on the neck and fingerboard are just unbelievable, it is actually much more prominent and noticeable live that in the pictures as the flash makes the whole image more anemic. The whole neck is a slightly darker vintage tint, like you see in some of the pics but not in others because of the flash, and really spectacular. In case you did not know, the CLASSIC is the version re-proposing lots of the Pre-Ernie Ball Stingrays features: ash slab body, vintage colours, through-body strings, bridge mutes, 7.5 inch neck profile, 2-eq only... and so on. Of course with the original (also brand new) MusicMan hardshell case with its key, all the case candy and the hangtag registration card/warranty. The bass is 2 days old, still has the protective film on the pickguard and it's got half an hour play on it. To those with a certain predisposition, I suggest you look away now in case you are against bass porn... Or you're knocked out?? LOL Ongoing price range is £ 1629 - 1699. MY PRICE: 1449 + shipping. Paypal e-cheque payments preferred over Paypal card payments. I will only ship to the UK and I am available to ship only until Friday 12th included, then again from Monday 22nd as next week I am away from home. If by Sunday 21st I have received no payment, it will go straight on evilBay. Sorry but I will not consider any trade, that would defy the purpose. Treat yourself for Christmas, life is short. Thanks Claudio
MB1. This is the second time somebodys tried to torture me, in as many months! BUMP!

  14.
Couple of trade offers on this so far, so to avoid wasting anyone's time further, things in which I'd be interested in talking PX or trade are, high quality studio gear (especially reverb/compression and mics), a decent double bass (possibly with cash from me depending on the instrument), or a decent PA Cheers Chris
MB1. ...Has that Wayne been offering to meet you at the Crossroads again to sell you his soul? BUMP!

  18.
Hi, For sale are these limited edition, no longer buyable (as far as I'm aware), Ashdown Bass Strings!! Forget the traditional strings made of cotton, hippy hair or spagghetti, Ashdown have cunningly opted for Roundwound stainless steel that will make your electric bass sing!! ST-4SML .04" .06" .08" .100" Due to the fact that I believe these are so rare, I think a price of around £85 would be reasonable. However, as a bass chat special, and for a limited time only I'll do a deal at £5 plus postage!! To clarify, these have not been taken out of their paper sleeves, havent been played, boiled, used as trip wire, dental floss, bungee cord or other. A stunning picture below, but they dont come with an ashdown VU meter as the picture suggests.......
MB1. I'll Take em! PMd
