Bass Combo repair - keep it ,bin it, give it away?

MB1. Give it away! Give it away... Now! Sorry (RHCP moment) Think you've answered your own question there.... Could cost as much as the combo to get it fixed? Providing you can find someone to fix it in your area having to ship plus your repair bill would probably be nearer a new combo ? -
