Yep. That weight is about right. The Afzelia body is weighty but the combination of curved back with perfect neck balance makes this bass very comfortable indeed. 😎

As MarkusWarwick has said above, this is an amazing bass. Also agree on the tone description. It certainly has a different quality to the wenge necks. Although I can not imagine more sustain than this bass can deliver. And that's with a well bedded in string set. Harmonics are also abundant all over the board. No dead notes here!

Just inspected it under the light and has a slight nail ding above the neck pickup. Pretty standard on a wick that has been played for a few years. The price is firm and I'm looking for the money only. No trades. Be quick before I change my mind and keep this beauty. Thanks, Pete (Denzel is one of my dogs) :-)
