1. I bought this back in 2006, and sadly used it a handful of times at home. It looks NEW. It did not even go to the practice room. It works perfectly. They say these discontinued old ones sound fatter than the new ones, but I can't really tell because I have never used a newer one. They look way cooler for sure. These are going up in value, I suppose that must be for a reason. It comes with all paperwork, original invoice and original US charger. Whoever buys this will need a UK or Euro adapter, the US one runs at 120V. Price is [s]160 pounds or 200 EUR [/s]plus shipping. 140 pounds - 170 EUR!

 3.
I have a '72, in much the same sort of condition. When I first played it, I was with a bass friend - he said "what's it like to play?" I said, "it's like it's got magic in it!" If it's anything like mine, the new owner would not be disappointed. Really, really nice. Good luck - hope it goes to a good home and gets played and not put under the bed!! Cheers.
Yes, lots of magic on this bass!

 7. Thanks mates! Just for the record, I own one of those "very sought-after" 1966 Jazz bass, typical transition model (dots and binding fingerboard). Well, this 71 is in every respect as great as that other one. Light, resonant, and the PUs sound stunning. Construction-wise is quite simply a perfect Jazz Bass. And the condition is one of the best I have seen.
 8.
Drums 1977 It's Pre CBS (1965) and transition period that serious collectors go for.
Thanks for the note! I suppose this bass could be "collected", but in my opinion she deserves to be played and recorded. It sounds and plays amazing.
 9.
little bump for a serious guy !
Thanks mate!!
