Built in 2016, hardly ever played. Journeyman relic, very light and resonant @ 3,8 kg. Classic, sweet pbass sound. Low action, plays itself. All original accessories, unopen, included. COA of course. PRICE is 2400 EUR. NEW PRICE 2300 EUR

Not a reissue, not a custom shop. 1962 Fender jazz bass from the pre CBS era, one of the holy grails. Neck heel reads 0CT 1962, pots from 1961. I got it from the original buyer. I have never gigged this bass. All original EXCEPT: - body refinished and reliced professionally by Dan from Dano guitars in period correct nitro Shoreline Gold over sunburst. Impressive work and aging. Body refinish ONLY, neck is original and intact, worn off after decades of use. - new nut. - white... pickguard (with small corner repair) taken from a 1965 jazz bass. - original 60s hard case, but not the 1962 model (I think from 1966) - Both chrome covers and string mutes included, but I don't know if they date back to the 60s or not. It looks like they do. Same thing for the screws, they look very old. As long as I know, all the rest is original. Original pickups that sound strong and sweet. Perfect straight neck, truss rods working line new, nice low action now. No buzzing, no dead spots. Nice light weight, 4 kg. The best jazz bass I've ever played, and very probably the best you will ever play too. PRICE IS 6900 EUR.
