should i sand it back to wood,or just remove the clear cellulose

just got my hands on a mim jazz,it plays great but the body is very scratched ,i could just leave it but i want it perfect,what would you guys recommend, i have a fella who sprays my car for me and i am wondering wether to remove the factory paint probably with nitros and sand paper and get the car sprayer to re spray it ,poss a couple of coats and a cellulose finnish ..whats the best way forward.

should the pick ups on a fender jazz bass be the same volume,the front pickup volume on my newly aquired jazz seems to be thinner and quieter,what should the resistance on ajazz pick up be and are they both exactly the same .youre help would be much appreciated.

you got to count the screws and check thier position ,check were you adjust the neck some precisions adjust at bottom of neck ,so this one wouldnt do.three ply are best,some form of metal earth tape is found on the mexican pick gaurd at the rear,watch all the wires when you are screwing the plate back.

hello everyone ,been playing bass for a while got a crappy p bass and ashdown evo300,living now on the isle of man ,no band at moment our drummer cleared of back to england so band split ...any way am trying to replace said crappy p bass with a fender jazz ..so if any ony got one for sale please let me know cheers
