    I played one of those limited edition fretless sunburst/roasted maple Stingrays in GuitarGuitar in Glasgow two weeks ago. It was astoundingly light, the lightest bass I have ever played. I think it was lighter than my Ibanez SR500. Carry on.

    DI control on front panel. If you haven’t used it much there may be oxidation in the potentiometer.
