It really saddens me to separate myself from the best instrument I have ever owned: it has really been my bass of doom, a first series (1982) Made in Japan JV Jazz Bass that sounds totally awesome, perfectly replicates the Jaco sound, if you dig that, like no other bass you can find in this price range! It is completely original, nothing has ever been modified, except it has been defretted and rosined by the great italian luthier Joe De Marco: it's in perfect functional and playing conditions, aesthetically it looks lightly reliced by years of use.
