Sold a bass to Sam, nice guy and easy to do business with. 👍
-
Japanese lawsuit bass/guitar. This apparently makes it great, rare and valuable.
-
Wait the now. The neck says SB 2 but the body is the above. Neck swap or am I talking rollocks?
-
That`s not a SB 2, it`s an El Torro. Pretty rare on this side of the pond.
-
Had the same Ashdown a few years back and they are heavy as well. Good amp though but it looks like it`s had a hard life so Peavey and a sack barrow.

Sold a bass to Tomas, a pleasure to deal with, would recommend! Ta Gerry

Had this up for sale a couple of times but withdrew it with plans to do something with but I`m not going to use it. Great condition, aftermarket bridge, standard Fender/Squier neck pocket, the P pickup on this is very hot for some reason. 2.6 kg or 5.7 lb`s. £70 posted to mainland UK or if you want to collect from Paisley I will knock off the postage. Pics were taken built up with a neck but it`s only the body, pickups, bridge, pots, pickgaurd.

Squier Affinity neck from a 2020 P/J model. Good condition, light fret wear, board has been coated with Monty`s Guitars Montypresso, looks lovely. It`s been on a few body`s so there is a couple of extra holes at the heel so this is reflected in the price. The headstock is ready for whatever transfer you wish to put on there. It will come with a Squier P bass transfer which you can use or bin. £45 posted UK mainland.

Nice collection mate. But you know it needs a passive V5 or a Vintera Jazz to finish the collection. And it just so happens....
-
For sale only a Sire Marcus Miller passive V5. Good condition, only 1 small chip on the rear edge, lovely roasted maple neck - gloss on the front, satin on the back, the neck edges are rolled and is super comfortable, 9.5 radius. North American alder body, weight of the bass is 4.kg or 9 lb`s. Not long after buying, one of the pots went on the electrics. I thought about sending it back to Andertons but I had one of Kiogon`s jazz control looms spare so stuck that in. As you are aware, Jon`s work is top notch and the bonus is that should you wish to change the pickups, it`s now an easy job as it has screw terminals for the pickup wires. Looking for £280 delivered to UK mainland on a 48 hour service or £270 collected from Paisley or will drive a bit for a meet. I will include a nice Sandberg gig bag.

Some good tips for restoring a finish in here.

Here is my really good condition Vintera Jazz in rather spiffing firemist gold. Based on a 60`s Jazz so alder body, thin C neck 7.25 radius, vintage frets, American vintage reverse tuners, 60`s vintage style single coils. Fitted with brand new Ernie Ball Cobalt rounds. Weight is 4.3 kg or 9.5 lb`s. £675 posted to UK mainland on a 48 hour service or £650 collected from Paisley or will drive a bit for a meet, just ask. If it needs delivered, it will be inside a Tourtech case which is for protection only. Price drop to £650 posted, £630 collected

Paul bought a couple of pedals from me. As above, great guy to deal with. Thanks!

Look just stop it will you, I`m trying to resist I had one like yours from the same last batch and sold it twice and still miss it!

I think that they all have their good days and bad, even Hermes or whatever they are called are good sometimes. I sent quite a few basses with APC with a shipper and never had any probs but I don`t think they move any parcels the size of guitars any more. And re the shorts. I deliver to building sites wearing shorts from April to about October of the year as do some of my fellow drivers and we are cool as feck!!

I love the Grateful Dead but only their music from 1970 till 1974. Can`t listen to anything outside those years for various reasons. And Cliff in the early 60`s and late 70`s.
