11. Ok guys, this is by no means a slant on the post and i love the bass, have played similar with different and equally exotic woods etc. but have a little difficulty in understanding why Foderas command such a price tag. Im only looking to be advised not beaten up ok

13.
Absolute mint , hardly used since bought, absolutely amazing bass but due to health reasons i have to sell, this is a very regrettable sale and the bass was only bought about 4 or so months ago and still in fantastic condition, only been gigged a couple of times. mainly home use £5900 plus shipping. No offers, this is a firm price, i have some other basses up for sale in various places, if they sell first this will stay. More pictures can be sent to your e-mail, any position any view you would like, i also have a feedback section under *Harry* Alder body maple quilted top wood urethane sating finish 5 piece maple hard rock neck indian rosewood board 34" scale 24 fret dovetail joint MOP dots gotoh tuners seymour duncun dual colis new pope 3 band eq etc wood match pick up covers with exposed poles
Was this the one that was in bass gear UK??
14. So really you should put sold in the title of the thread as per forum rules so we don't have to read the post to find out
15.
Yeah. This is being replaced with a Genz Streamliner 900. The Genz has a few set backs over this set up (less low lows and super highs, plus the crown is very good at keepin a quiet signal chain, where as the Genz amplifies my noise a little), but I need something simpler for a tour we are planning I'm teaching myself to rely on the PA a little more (The EBS/Crown pretty much let's you be the PA!).
I hope you got a Local Hero Endorsement on the Genz Benz......
16. How did the Jazz get such a uniform wear pattern between the pickups??
17. well, i don't know about these things to be honest and I'm guessing that different pups have different characters, and i don't really want to find some by trial and error.....or is it a case of, Barts would be better than Wizards, or Duncans or do i have to narrow it down to "i like a punchy jazz parpy sound" and then wait for someone to say.... hey, these are what you need??
18. Hi all, I currently have a set of Wizard Pups from John Shuker fitted to my Oily white 5 string Sei bass and a Jretro deluxe preamp. The pups are what i guess we call soap bars and they have the following impedance values on them: Bridge 12.2kOhm and Neck 10kOhm. The dimensions are 105mm x 30mm and about 25/30mm deep. Im thinking about swapping them out for a set of Bartolini's like those installed on my other Sei or similar, but quite frankly don't know where to start in terms of looking for something of similar impedance, or if that's the case will they just sound the same as i already have? I have checked out the Jazz style pups on my other Sei, but there is no indicator as to what they are apart from Bartolini's, so not much help really, but if i could get the same or similar to these Barts then i would be happy. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
19. I'll take the rufus reid please
20. so put SOLD in the title as forum rules suggest so we don't have to view the thread to find it out
21. Would help as per forum rules if you put SOLD in the thread title, save us looking through the thread only to find out.......
22. This bass has a great tone and as its model suggests is based on Jaco's bass, but excuse my ignorance, does it have a variation of tones or is that pretty much it?
