2. Rules say you must state a price for each item offered for sale please Thanks
3. I miss my Sub4 that I sold on - brilliant bass and just soooooooo playable. I'd love another.
4.
because of this im selling this for only £600ono plus £15 postage or collection from norwich area
Ummmmmmmmmmm,
5.
The little Line 6 110 amp looks good for bedroom practice. Small, loud'ish if required as a back up amp with DI out and headphones out which is important. Some amp modelling as well if that's your thing.
Another +1. Brilliant little amp, it's only a 12" cube and therefore almost unnoticeable in any room.
6.
Stack them on top of eachother horizontally with my tweetered one on top.
Wuss!

8.
Looking at the specs on their website I think I will get a 410XST for sure, but I’m not sure which second cab to get.
Personally, I'd get a second 410XST to compliment the other one.
9. Well. I've had a go at it. Couldn't figure out how to write it for drop D, so put it into 5 string tab. I claim the Eric Morecambe defence for errors/omissions.
10. If you have reasonable gear and playing technique then imho all you need is someone experienced to help you EQ your amp to where you play - having a good ear to adjust the EQ to suit the playing environment is really more than half the battle.
11.
I get Gromit but not Wallace.
I'd snog Grommit, but I'd be thinking of Wallace
12. I think that was recorded when he was using TRB's, although with it being a music video, and the wonders you can perform with sound shaping software through a mixing desk in a studio he could have been thumping a Sinclair C5 with a fistfull of rotting herrings - I cite any "Girl's Aloud" CD for less than perfect examples of this mixing desk sorcery.
13. I don't know the bass but I would think any half decent luthier would be able to extract the damaged nut and supply/setup with a suitable replacement. Have you had a squiz here? - http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=26654

16.
Band want to try it this week, can't find a tab on the usual sites, and haven't got the time to transcribe as Mrs Shaggy had me chained to the hammer drill all weekend doing long overdue DIY. Any help appreciated!
Will this do for you - not sure I've put it in the right key? or indeed the right notes in the right order, but I think it's close enough
17. If he accepts an offer of £1200, add £50 for the shipping and including import duty and VAT it will cost you around £1525 on your doormat
18. Having just been asked if I could do some lead vocals in a band that's coming together - I'm feeling a little inadequate now!

20. As has been said, nobody usually notices the bass player unless they're on fire!
21. If the bass is for sale, you must quote an asking price.
22. The choice of valve can effect the sound, and so you can choose what you want. A Sovtek 12AX7WB is warmer with more gain, while a JJ ECC83S has less gain but a bit more sparkle and imho colours the sound less. I tried both of these in an Eden head as preamp valves and that's what my ears heard.
23. The speakers have to be carefully matched to the cab for them to work properly (which Ashdown probably didn't bother doing when they designed & built it with the speakers they put in it) Just putting in a pair of Deltalights was, imho a waste of money as the chances of them being matched to the cab dimensions are minimal. Alex might go into this in a bit more detail, but that's basically it.
24.
Don't play 'Mustang Sally'
Or if you do, take Bilbo's approach when he plays it and give some space for a series of improvisations in the middle, or abandon the strict notion of a chord progression and allow the individual musicians to improvise even more freely within the context of a given scale or mode. If you do it after a few pints, you should abandon all chords, scales, and rhythmic meters. That's jazz
