Hello

Hi & welcome What part of la belle France are you calling home at the moment? There are quite a few French bass players lurking on here.
Another alternative which is currently getting a lot of people excited is the Hartke LH500 - I think Coda are doing them for around £200 including shipping. Pair it up with something like this and you'd have a great set up.
Thanks for the plug for my cab guys I must admit, even if I do have an interest in selling my cab, a LH500 + the Seco 2x12 works out at £365 for a pretty decent 500w rig.
6. If I didn't have its little sister, I'd snap this up. Great little combo - great price.
7. It's a Jazz of course - AND PLEASE welnek, STOP SHOUTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. Welcome to the forums! To add a sig, go to My Controls and then Edit Signature
9. I'm using both these strings at the moment. I really like both of them but I think the Sunbeams will be the slightly better choice for what you're looking for.

13. A now available for sale again bump
14. It would probably look best with the disconnected pots left in the holes?
15. I've has something similar in the past when I had an ENT infection - it cleared up after a course of antibiotics. (and no, that isn't a sexually transmitted disease you get from humping Treebeard)
16. Nobody mentioned a Lakland 55/01 - fantastic bass for the money and as versatile as you can get. Plays superb too.
17. Hi Welnek - welcome to the forums You might not want to SHOUT on your posts though

Bought another excellent cable from Dave - Thanks!
20. Korg PX4-B or PX4-D - brilliant. http://www.korg.com/gear/info.asp?A_PROD_NO=PX4d
21. I had one - a very nice player with a fast, slim neck
22. Don't bother looking elsewhere - you've found it. You should be able to source a used but excellent condition 44/01 from somewhere like the for sale forum at talkbass.com. Even with shipping across the pond and duty paid, you'll come out with a very decent saving.
