1. I'm looking forward to trying a little giant, but find the front panel to be a complete dogs dinner. The combination of knobs and sliders for the EQ to me is very counter-intuitive. Have knobs OR sliders, not both! Hamster
2. I haven't played any Indie basses, but have been quite impressed with their acoustic and electric guitars for the price. Hamster
3. 16 + 4 in parallel will give you an approx 3.2 ohm load, I think the LMII goes to 4 ohm minimum? Hamster
4. You didn't want to start a topic like this now did you? - You don't want to do it like that!

Apart from being Redhill's premier bassist, he's a thoroughly nice chap who gave me a fist full of money for a bass I was selling. Cheers! Hamster
7. How long has the allparts neck been on the bass, what strings are you using, and what's your playing style?
8. Agree with most comments above. Too many ads in the USA mags. BGM is more home grown, but reviewers should praise/criticise where due.
9.
You have to visit The Bass Cellar and be treated like dirt. It's the law.
I've been in there a few times and was always treated nicely, but then again people are rarely nasty to me. Hamster
10. Hi Lizzie Enjoy the forums! Hamster
11. Hi Gav Welcome to the forums! Sounds ike a good gig there for you - work & play! Enjoy Hamster
12. Fancy a swap for this head? - ex John Entwistle, it's had a little crack inside it a some time (allegedly)
13. Mark is a really nice guy, I've only had a brief chat a couple of times but he comes across as a very genuine guy - and of course a great bassist. I'd crawl a mile through broken glass just to stick burnt matches in his poo Hamster
14.
........CBT - that kind of thing.
Now that's just dangerous - isn't that some kind of deviant behaviour on a moped or lightweight motorcycle under 125cc?
15. Gonad insurance soared when these cabs first came out, and they sparked a thriving hernia repair business which you've probably heard of on TV & radio Hamster
16. A good price? - If selling - £400 - £450 If buying - £350 - £400 Hamster
17. I've also sent a message to the buyer pointing them to this thread. Hamster
18.
I've bought a number of things from the Stratosphere on ebay, should have what you need. Real Fender necks, bodies, everything. Good prices and great service from the States. http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/reliablefender
A +1 for them - great service. Hamster
19. I was going to say the same as Wooks, but he beat me to it Just a +1 for the above then. A Zoom pedal will give you what you want, and will give you more ideas about what you can do. Hamster
20. With most stuff on ebay, the serious bidding is a last minute thing. As long as you're happy with the reserve amount (and it's a realistic reserve based on completed auctions) then let it run. If it sells you'll get at least what you want if not more. Hamster
21.
wrong forum buddy
Seems to be in the right place? Effect for sale in effects for sale forum - unless a mod has moved it without annotating the post? Hamster
22. Ummmmm - Alien Amps Ltd - Nice work. You should start a thread to suggest names for the product range: The Tribble The Darth Vader The Quark The Predator The Little Predator Hamster
23. Just the thing!, and I can collect from Laaandan PM sent Hamster
24. Well, presuming its not a maple fretboard, you can use a lemon type oil for that. If the neck/body is really filthy then try a small amount of flash cleaner on a damp cloth. Hamster
