1. I have a pair of these for sale, both in very good condition. Small and discreet but packing a good amount of low end. The output power is 300W with 122 dB SPL with their 12 woofers. Dual input and output with low-cut. These were about £525 each new, I'm looking for £[s]150[/s] £125 each ono or I will sell the pair for £[s]275[/s] £250 ovno NO TRADES as I'm looking to clear out some music gear. Happy to deliver or meet within a short distance of KT15 https://www.flickr.c...2/shares/v4631v
2. This is the combo version of the classic JCM 800 2205 split channel 50w head with a normal channel and an overdrive channel. The normal channel is like a plexi but without a mid control knob. Typical bite and crunch as well as heavy saturated sounds. Quite a classic Marshall amp from 1987 and appreciating in value. Good overall condition. The tolex has a few marks and scuffs and the grill cloth is a little faded, but it is nearly 30 years old. New tubes a year ago. NO TRADES as I need to clear out a lot of music gear. £500 or near offer. I'm happy to travel a short distance to meet or deliver from KT15 area. https://www.flickr.c...2/shares/4uHX74
3.
Truetone CS-12 does 9V AC and is not on that list.
I thought it was - under Truetone CS12 1-spot Pro - is there a different one?
4. Not up to date, but a useful list - http://stinkfoot.se/archives/808
5. Awful news. A fabulous player. Very very sad.
6. Well we had 46 chatters through the door, with 7 guests gratis totalling 53. So with the proceeds from the door, and the prize table lottery, and of course the tea, coffee and cakes. (The green/yellow/red/orange things was fruit for those who haven't seen such exotic fare before) The total clear profit made for charity was £1005.72p Enormous thanks to all those involved who made it happen, and of course to all our special guests who were so kind to show up and support a grass roots event! 11. For me, as an emeritus Admin it was so so so nice to meet with some very real and very lovely people in the flesh without any of the forum members present who usually post with such obnoxious 'keyboard warrior' histrionics. A pleasure ladies and gentlemen, and I'm very much looking forward to next year already, although this year will be hard to top!

16.
In terms of the performances, I saw Rhino and Trujillo. Rhino was a little meh (not my cup of tea and too many band mistakes), but Mass Mental were just fantastic.
To be fair with Rhino, he had to cancel a UK and European tour because of a serious illness and the drummer filled in at very late notice. Mass mental were banging.
17. I'll go, but I'm leaving my credit card at home!

19.
From a high level technical perspective it shouldn't be difficult to do, but the catch might be what happens when someone accesses the site using a mobile device.
I've just made a couple of adjustments as per the request - let's hope it doesn't break the forum!
20. Joni bought a bass from me in a straightforward and easy sale. He arranged shipping to Hungary and was a pleasure to deal with. Cheers
21. It grew quite quickly - http://web.archive.org/web/20051231065205/http://www.bassworld.co.uk/pn/index.php?
22. I had a bit of a shock one night. I was playing during a performance of Elgar's Sea Pictures at a concert hall in Bermuda when the man playing the triangle suddenly disappeared. He was the third one that week.
23.
So that's two counts of Blue Aran staff not having the first clue about bass cabinets then.
So that's one count of an unnecessarily aggressive/rude post then? I'm pretty sure this could have been better worded. Thanks.
