I recently acquired this beautiful Fodera in a part exchange trade deal but I'm pretty much only playing 6-string nowadays. This is a Fodera Monarch New Standard made in 2004 and verified by the folks at Fodera. It's a bolt-on mahogany body, birch top, three piece maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, angled headstock, EMG P/J pickup configuration and two band EQ with the volume working as an active/passive switch. The bass is in very good condition with only a slight ding on the upper part of the body that is very hard to spot and can't really be photographed all that easily. The neck is perfectly straight and can be adjusted to a very low action as desired. The frets are in very good condition and well levelled. The bass weighs approximately 8.8 pounds (4 kilos). The bass comes in a generic hard case with the truss rod tool and Dunlop Straplocks. I'm based in Bournemouth, Dorset. I would consider a trade for a 6-string Fodera or a 6-string Ken Smith with cash adjustment. I'm not looking for any other trades at all. I've thought about cleaning it all up but am a bit afraid of using something and damaging it.
