Christmas is a bad time to be selling stuff Bro,If I had the cash I would considder your bass,if only to get the neck and case for my Ironbird And I justify having 11 basses with no job by simply saying,"Their All Mine",that and the fact I look after 3 kids helps
Ya i agree, christmas is a bad time to be selling, if it doesnt sell i guess ill just keep it a few years and i guess that (im just speculating here) the price can only go up?, i dont even have a cost for it and get good ole dad to get me a dean :D:D:D:D O ya, and Lorne, maybe this can be number 12 or part of number 11 if your stripping it, and you said you needed a case, for now id recommend a ritter case, their great because finding one that will fit an ironbird will need sherlock holmes or Chuck Noris, and their hard to get hold of these days. Someone offer me?? The picture are of the damage to the back of the bass (cant be seen from front) and one is of the whole bass (beauty ayee?) and the last if of it in its case

Dean Edge Select 6 strings
Bassman101 replied to Annoying Twit's topic in eBay - Weird and Wonderful
All i know ios that the 4 and 5 strings are great, the only reason im not going of a 6er is becasue the transition from a 4 string to a 6 string might be hard, go for it man, their great. -
Shame you ditched the hardcase,Ironbird cases are rare!!! And looks shouldn't matter,I played 2 1979 B.C.Rich Bich 8 string basses in a Jazz band
Ya, i still have the case, its just that after a few performances it was too bad to carry round, its been painted black with like a an of paint, has all splodges of paint and crap, but the inside is sound,, Almost perfect, if someone wants to re leather it, they can, if your buying the bass you can take the hard case too, its just a bit bad at the moment. Ya, i agree to that, looks shouldnt matter, but i really want a dean edge at the moment, my dad will buy me one, but i dont think i can justify having two basses when i dont even have a job lol. Offer open.

Hey, i have a bcrich Ironbird in red (4 STRING) , from the 1980's, plays well, has two scuffs where the paint has come off, wills end pics to anyone interested, bought from Shockwave (Rob) and itsstill in the same condition, except ive ditched the battered up case and it will come with a great Ritter Gigbag, which is alot better!, testers are welcome, i have a nice little Laney BC50 you can try it out on (home practice amp ) What im looking for! - Monies?? - Other Bass guitars, OFFER ME lol -ALSO ALSO ALSO... A dean Edge (or similar dean)... Prefer a 5 string, will go for a 4 string, nothing over a 5 string though, i prefer fretted, none of the cheap basic models please, but offer whatever you have. I love my BCR, its just that i play alot more other types of music and playing a BCR IB in a jazz band isnt very viable, Please offer away , my parents say your very welcome to come and try out the bass. Instrument Cases - Your Options
Bassman101 replied to slaphappygarry's topic in Accessories and Misc
Hmm, im a student (year 11), i bought a bc rich ironbird from Shockwave a while back, excellent bass, great shape, annoying to find a case, he did geve me a hardcase, the original one, but it was wayyy to heavy, and considering i often walk the 20/30 minuits to school, it was a nightmare, i would suggest ritter gig bags, i think their great, their not good for traveling long distances, but they werent designed for that, and, their are many shapes availiable, its just annoying that i could only find like 2 or 3 UK Dealers that sold the shape i wanted (Thunderbird/Ironbird Bass) and it cost me around £50 including postage, which i thinks a bit much for a gig bag, but i had no other option. Yea, so erm, get a ritter case. their great and they have loads of pockets, great if you carry alot of leads (which i have to due to my guitarists forgetting their leads all the time ) Bassman101. -

IF YOUR EVEN THINKING ABOUT BUYING A BASS FROM THIS GUY.. DO IT NOW!!, i bought the Red Ironbird off him on saturday, it completely blew me away! couldnt keep my hands off it, rob is really nice, i showed up like what 30 mins to an hour late because my friend wouldnt stop playing on my xbox and he was still really nice and showed me the bass and let me inspect it throughout, and he was kinda running late for his gig, excellent guy, any other opertunities for me 2 buy another bass, and he has it, will most definatly buy again, and highly recomment everyone else does to. Thanks. Dazz. -
I just collected this today, I have to say I'm really pleased with it. It came form here, anyone interested in having a case built should give them a try, they are really good. http://www.castlecases.co.uk/ I only ordered it Tuesday.
Dude, your bass is famous, look on the case section it has your exact bass on it lol, I swear, your bass guitar needs an agent. LOL. (i know, bad sense of humour, but what can i do?) Dazz. -
Would it fit in a coffin case? it wouldn't be molded to the exact shape but it would look damn cool with it. Also i'm not too sure on the BC rich dealer thing, give BC rich an email and they should give you an address/number for their UK distributor.
Thanks, Yep it will fit in a coffin case, but only thing is, when i travel with my bass, i travel on bus so its a bit wierd to the non bass world lol, yea, i was trying to find a normal like hardcase. Thanks though, i will try emailing them to see where there nearest dealer is to me. Thanks. Dazz. -
