  1. Had an email from PMT saying they’ve not received stock in time for their estimated delivery (when I ordered) of 21st Feb and no update from supplier. I tried to ask Behringer but the Music Tribe customer nonsense is impregnable.
  2. I’ve had one of these for about a week and it really is incredible. I didn’t know you could stream audio from the phone! I can get rid of the AmPlug! I’ve been using it as an interface into Logic for a very portable demo recording rig (I have a focusrite interface but that doesn’t fit in my gig bag unlike the pocketmaster) I had trouble with the input monitoring on the pocketmaster but that was easily solved by using the output on my MacBook instead. I’ve only just started messing around with the captures and so far the Dual Terror one is the only one that I like. I’ve recorded some guitars with a Rockverb capture and that sounds huge.
  3. 5 Ernie Ball Pancake Patch leads. Very good condition, not much use at all £25 posted New they are £19 for 3
  4. Cabinet photos added, sorry for the delay.
  5. There was nothing wrong with the pickup in the end. Shorts and cold joints in the controls so any movement meant intermittent cutting out and volume changes.
  6. Had some issues with my DE Chris Whetzel R2 but it’s all sorted now and I love it. Looks great and sounds awesome. Given it a bit of a makeover as well as shielding and rewire. The finished Golden God How it came to me and original wiring
  7. Update for closure - tech fixed it and Dunable sent me the money to cover the cost. Sounded awesome but I wasn’t happy so spent some time and money shielding everything, replaced pots with CTS (which meant enlarging the holes in the body - thanks to this vid for the great tip on doing that easily without damaging the finish ) and complete rewire. Much happier now and inspired me to rewire the budget tele I have for demos, and started making my own patch leads 😊
  8. TC Electonic BH250 - tiny light and powerful amp, used it with the 2x12 I’m also selling and on half volume it’s plenty loud enough for rock cover pub gigs. Very good condition it’s spent its life either on the cabinet or stored in a custom protective bag I made (which I’m keeping, sorry!). Couple of marks from rubbing cables stored in the same bag. £150 posted. Ashdown ABM212T - 2x12 with switchable tweeter, 600w @ 4ohm so gets the full power of the amp. Speakon and Jack input. Jack link but that’s been lost inside the cabinet since I’ve had it (and seems a bit redundant on a 4ohm cab). A few scuffs and rips but not looking too bad and sounds great. 61x67x43cm and about 30kg. £100 collected. £200 collected for the pair. SOLD
  9. Finally got my hands on Clarky’s Terror rig. Very kindly met me despite having family round, many thanks! Great items, price comms and all that. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
  10. Just met up and took an OBC112 off Simon. Very accommodating, great item, price and comms. Pleasure to deal with! Thanks Simon
  11. Price drop to £400 - how do I change the price in the header?
  12. Why are you so keen for my divorce?
  13. 2.6 diameter is too big. I have a P Pickup that I’ve swapped the screws on and they don’t fit this pickup.
  14. Soap bar pickup screw, looking for a gold version to match the rest of the hardware I’ve changed. Any help appreciated!
  15. Cheers! Had one a while ago and got rid because of the size. Nothing else came close and when one popped up and FB Marketplace I was straight in there.
  16. Parallel distortion 😄 Posting some sound clips up later. Hoping to get something smaller than the Sub Lime so I can get my wah back on there and some modulation. Looper on left is to play a vocal sample for one of our outros so no input just straight into FoH. Quick demo - straight into Logic from the board, no plug ins and quickly mixed with a demo (Guitar into Logic amps and Logic drummer) Both pups dirt.mp3
  17. Warwick Rockbass Corvette w/Thomann padded gig bag. Satin black. Bad points first - pitting on pickup poles and a couple of rubs and nicks on the body, slight buckle rash on back. Small dent in neck but doesn’t affect performance or sound. Stitching on the padding on shoulder strap of case has failed, I have two of these cases and both have the same problem. Aesthetic only. Onto the good! Very versatile great sounding bass. Coil split on both pickups gives lots of sound options. Currently tuned to CGCF with Newtone Diamond 120 - 90 - 70 - 50 but I have some D’Addario 105 pro steels I can put on there if you prefer (with full setup). It’s spent its life going between E standard and drop C tuning depending on who I’m playingand handles both fantastically. The adjustable nut is a genius idea. Electrics and hardware all good, has Warwick security strap lock buttons fitted (strap part not included) but will include the original strap buttons too. Only selling due to strict one in one out policy. Collection preferred but can meet subject to petrol money and cleared funds.
  18. Update to say Dunable have got back to me, checked the wiring in the photo and confirmed it’s correct, did a bit of trouble shooting and have offered to help find a tech and cover the cost of repair so much happier on that front 😊
  19. After rehearsal last night, a) this thing sounds incredible even with just the P pickup b)I think it’s just a duff pot as when wiggled/pressure applied there is signal. When I was measuring with the multimeter the bass was lying on its front on a cushion so there would have been pressure being applied to the pot. I will solder in a spare I have exactly as is wired not to test.
  20. A bit of testing this morning with a plan to swap some leads around later to solve the problem. Both volume pots read the same resistance on the meter so it’s not a duff pot. Looking at the back of the pup is it worth swapping the red and white wires on the pot to see if they’ve been wired wrong, or would there be no output if that were the case?
  21. Waiting their response 🤞 Such a shame I’m chuffed to bits with the rest of it.
  22. Plot thickens, I know someone who got the same bass on the same day and although they’ve got other problems the electronics are fine and seem to be wired the same as mine.
  23. Just checking I’ve got this right before I start. Red and white should be soldered together and isolated rather than green and white. Green should be soldered to the back of the pot. Black should be soldered where red is now. Bit disappointing there’s this much work to do on a brand new bass!
