[/quote] I used a really dark wood filler Daz - so the lines look black - & no, although the scales have currently disappeared I'd say it's a 'normal' weight - not noticeably heavier than any other.     Yet more space clearance in the Everything Must Go frenzy! Vintage brand Stingray maple neck with all hardware - bizarrely THREE of the four tuners are Wilkinsons & I didn't even notice until I photographed it today! Ho hum. All works as it should. £35.00 collected from me in Bedford with cash upon collection, or happy to post at cost which I'm guessing would be around a tenner with payment via PayPal including fees.     My first ever project - time to clear some space in an Everything Must Go frenzy! Originally an Encore Precision neck- but defretted & visually changed by yours truly & actually played really well once put back together.     Thanks Mykesbass - I think this could be very interesting as I know of Band Scrims but mine will be easily fixable & removable plus you can upload your own artwork online once I get the website up-n-running. Here's a pic of what I'm currently testing - excuse the in-yer-face graphics but the object was to make it stand out

    Howdy fellas, I'm working on this very thing at the moment - full colour printed acoustically transparent mesh that's easily fixed to the cab grille & also removable, along with standing slightly proud of the grille to ensure no unsightly bulges where the makers badge is 😀 As Andy kindly says I'm just working on final samples & am doing the house PA at a festival next weekend. Once I ensure they're up to scratch they'll be up on www.gig.ink I'm behind SCRATCH-IT! by the way, generating bespoke & custom scratchplates, but am expanding the range to offer these alongside the plates.     Thanks fellas - very kind. I've got to admit, out of all the basses I've just listed up for sale this is the one that tugs on my heart strings the most - but hey ho, needs must. Karl - once again you offer invaluable advice & I'd like it to be known that a veritable cornucopia of sugar-based goodies will be on hand to sweeten the visit
