7. Ibanez EWB20WNE-NT (Natural Walnut) With the Ibanez Shape Shifter preamp, you spend less time tweaking controls and more time playing. The 3-band tone control features a tone shaper that's much like the volume contour on your stereo. However, instead of just an on-and-off switch, the tone shaper features an actual loudness contour control so you can precisely determine the level of the contour and get the right sound. The SST, designed to complement the Fishman® Sonicore pickup, offers quiet operation and features a phase reverse switch for reducing feedback. A separate battery compartment allows for easy battery changes. 8. Here's a great stand for displaying your awesome collection of basses. Will take up to 8 hangars but comes with 5.(electric not acoustic) Collection only from Liverpool due to size.
9. It's in town next week and pondering whether to see it. I love Green Day but wondering whether the Greaseesque chorussy bits will ruin it. Anybody seen it ?
10. Ibanez Talman has an awesome neck - just like an electric. Played acoustically its lacking a bit of low end as it has quite a small body but amped up it is great. I had the Crafter before it and liked the Ibanez a lot more. Definitely worth considering for the money. http://www.dawsons.co.uk/ibanez-tcm50e-electro-acoustic-guitar-sunburst?gclid=CPqWmJvrp8wCFdgaGwodS9kGdw
11. Hi, Just bought myself a nice digital piano and i'm looking for some learning material. The piano is linked to a pc so I can use online software for feedback but wondered if anybody has any experience of this as it is quite pricey. I downloaded a free trial of Playground Sessions and what I've seen looks quite good. http://www.playgroundsessions.com/ I'm an absolute beginner at piano, but don't want any tutor books where I have to play when the saints go marching in, Michael row the boat ashore etc. So looking for something a bit more contemporary in terms of none digital material. I know I should take proper lessons but prefer to learn on my own as lessons to me seem more of a chore than enjoyment. Ed.
12. Tanglewood Canyon 3 - looked gorgeous in the photos with the Spalted maple finish but when i got it it looked like it had been finished with a cheese grater.
13. Bought Nick's Farida exactly as described. Recommended.
14. I imagine the new pedal will blow the original out of the water. IMHO the original was pants and its purchase was only redeemed by the profit I made on its sale. The price of them in the current market is ludicrous although i'm sure there are many folloewrs of it who will disagree..
15. Hi , Anybody know which model of sdgr this is ? Or the significance of the custom made inlay on the fretboard ? Regards, ed
16. I love my 2 Cazpars- I have got them for sale to pay off a credit card debt but having read this post I'm going to take them down ! For the price I've found them unbeatable - utterly top draw workmanship. A frog headless next for me !
