Markbass Micromark and Tweeter This amp is perfect for anyone requiring a Markbass tone from a highly portable amp and is a significant saving on the cost of a new one which would be about £500 with the tweeter. I thought the speaker was a bit flappy playing through it with an active bass at high volume and therefore I would prefer for anybody interested in it to to come and give it a test to make sure it fits the bill but I can post at cost if needs be. I'm located in Liverpool. Ed.

Jon Shuker turned my Yamaha BB1500 into a lined fretless and I'm regretting doing it now and would like to have it refretted. Anybody got any ideas how much this would cost ( I will get in touch with Jon later). KGB in Birkenhead quoted me £250 which seems ridiculous.
I loved it ! Kept it longer than all of my customs and intended to keep it as my only "expensive" bass ! But I'm just not playing any more and owe the wife money for a bike which I promised I'd have paid off in July (so everthing must go)! 7 months later and I still owe the wife money for the bike and now an ipad - hence the price reduction
I was trying a dirt pedal out in Dolphin Liverpool this afternoon and used a Stingray as it was about the nearest I could get to my bass (hot actives). It was a 4 string, all wood body maple? - I think it was going for between £1600 - £1700. God it was nice to play - and sounded totally awesome too. I didn't like the pedal and ended up playing the bass clean for half an hour. It made me really, really want it. I could see the 0% finance offer but the inevitable reality check fought off the urge. I'm seriously happy with the bass I have - just wish I had tonnes of money so I could buy more. Sweet, sweet bass!
0 % Finance - Buy it now before the budget !!!
This I couldn't agree more with, overpriced, terrible stock and inexperienced/poorly informed staff as well (despite knowing two members of staff that have previously worked there, who couldn't stand the job anyway). I only ever pop in every few months to see if they've cleaned up their act. Dawsons is very much the same. Curlys across the road provides a nice service but don't provide a good level of professional gear, although this is just my opinion.
Completely disagree - of the 3 main music shops in Liverpool I've found Dolphin to be miles ahead of the other two in terms of customer service. Granted they don't have a great bass section but I've always found the staff in Dawsons to be incompetent and Curly's to be arrogant whereas in Dolphin they are always really helpful. You never pay the price on the ticket either if you ask them how much they can do the goods for. Curly has improved of late in terms of the gear they are now stocking.

Hamer XT Sunburst Bass for sale (4 string) This bass is in excellent condition and is a sparkly brown colour (not red like the one in the photo) I will post more pics if anyone is interested. It's really comfortable to play and has a lovely action and nice thin neck. It's would make a perfect beginners bass. I used it when I was banished to the bedroom to play and I didn't want to knock chunks out of the customs. £90 ovno collected from Liverpool (no case so can't post unfortunately) Only joking about the swap
Not 100% sure. FM is supposed to be flamed maple top. Looks white to me, or is it the pic? LTD basses are pretty good, but looks like an old model. Personally, I would do a bit more research before buying.
It is actually my bass (and poor photography) it is flamed maple ! It is an older model but in absolutely mint condition. It is an absolute cracker of a bass despite the fact that ESP's don't have a very good rep on this forum. It outlived 3 Shukers and an ACG in my collection ! It's just sold !!!!

I tried the Prince II in the Gas factory in Liverpool as I also thought it looked fantastic but was a bit disappointed really (although they did not have a proper amp to play through which could have been a factor)!

This was a bit of an extravagant purchase considering I only play in my living room 5 feet from the amp ! The revolutionary AirLine "plug-in" AG1 transmitter comes is designed for traditional end-mount bass guitar outputs. Less than half the size of conventional body packs, this miniaturized AG1 transmitter runs on a tiny triple-A battery with 14-hours of battery life. The Samson AirLine AG1 features an array of on-board controls: A Power On/Off and Mute switch, red/green LED for Power On/Off, a Peak LED and an Input Level control for different pickups. And UHF (Ultra High Frequency) means clearer frequencies with less chance of interference. Designed for use with your compact effect pedals, the Samson AirLine APB1 pedal UHF receiver gives you reliable reception. The APB1 features a 1/4" output jack, Power switch, Peak LED and a Volume control. Powered by a 9 volt battery or an optional AC adapter. When you unplug the output from the AP1B receiver, the battery is disabled to conserve power. UHF operates in a higher frequency range than VHF systems. The VHF range is very highly populated with traffic, and because the VHF signal has a longer wave length, VHF radio signals pass through non-metallic walls easier than a UHF signal, making VHF wireless systems more prone to radio interference. Though more expensive than VHF wirelss, UHF is well worth the extra cost. The Samson AirLine uses a diversity receiver. A diversity receiver contains two seperate antennaes, each antennae has an independent receiver and the signals are demodulated seperately. The main unit scans these two outputs and seamlessly selects the output with the strongest signal for processing. The result is a wireless system with fewer drop outs, less interference and more reliable reception. SAMSON AIRLINE BASS UHF WIRELESS FEATURES First wireless system specifically designed for bass guitar. Shape Control Filter Switch for unmatched low-end performance. Miniature Plug-In Transmitter. Compact effect pedal style Diversity Receiver. UHF frequencies reduce interference. Exclusive SAW Filter Technology delivers incredible sound and reception.
