2.
How much for shipping to The Netherlands? What's the stringspacing & neck width at the nut - can't find details on the RKS website...
Hi Jan, Collection only I'm afraid. Regards, Ed.
 3. That's an absolute beauty Peter (the bass not the Bump !) Good luck with the sale. If you're thinking of an international listing have you seen this site http://www.zikinf.com/annonces/liste.php?c...at=2&page=1 Regards, Ed.
 4.
I'm just stunned that this is still here - Alan's work is fantastic and this looks like a beautiful example
Guess it's the credit crunch or people with holidays to pay for ! There are quite a few custom basses for sale about at the moment which would have gone out like hotcakes a few months ago. It is a beautiful bass so I'm not overly bothered that it hasn't sold as yet.( or if it never does to be honest )
 5.
I have to say that normally I have a real problem with single cuts, they just look 'wrong' to me somehow However this design looks like it just works somehow Do you know what the string spacing at the bridge is? Also - roughly how much does it weigh?
Sorry Molan - not been doing much basschatting lately - will get the info to you as soon as I can Ed.
 6.
Hi, Will you ship this item to Bangkok, Thailand? How much will it cost. Thanks
Sorry - no can do ! I have palpitations about shipping effects pedals in England never mind a lovely like this to the Far east !
 7.
Is it muscle pain, or pain caused by the friction between your fingers and your strings? If it's the former, then I guess it might be worth assessing your hand positioning and also warming up before playing long gigs. If it's really bad I'd say go and see a doctor.
I don't think it's a friction problem as the pain is not on the surface but as if the soft tissue inside had been damaged i.e. as if you'd hit your finger with a hammer (only obviously not as painful). Don't know why it would strike now though as I've played guitars and basses for many years and have not been playing excessively recently. I'm not aware of applying excessive finger pressure - certainly not to the extent of causing physical damage.
 8. Help, A couple of times over the last month I've developed horrible finger pain on individual fingers on my fretting hand. Last night I had only played for a couple of minutes when the pain struck. I can feel it in the fleshy part at the tip of my index finger and it hurts if I press against it . Last time it took about 3 to 4 days to go and is so painful it would prevent me from playing. It was a different finger last time I developed it. I've not been playing much lately as the wife has got me decorating the house but last time it occured I was playing for really long periods. Anybody else else experienced this as I'm worried my bass playing days may be coming to an end :huh Ed.
