Anyone considering one of the pedals here rest assured that Ed is very cool to do business with.[/quote] Cheers Stick - hate waiting for things myself and having promised fast delivery what else could I do ! Just wish I was better at estimating the cost ! Hope you're enjoying the delay !

  3. I had a stealth Bongo 4 string exactly like the first picture - bought it new off Ebay in the Musicman case for £800 odd. So if you shop around there are bargains to be had. I strung it with DR Red Devils and it looked and sounded way cool although I totally agree that it should have an Ebony fretboard.
  4. I'm sure it took Kenny G many years to master his instrument and look what happened there !
  5. Saw Hadrien Feraud at bass day yesterday and undoubtedly the guy is a musical genius but boy was it dull ! It was obvious that loads of people there loved this kind of music but I really don't understand it's appeal - just sounds like a babble of random notes to me. What's it all about ?
  6. It was a good day and TM Stevens excelled. Felt a bit sorry for the guys on the Markbass stand as they had no chance with having the stage in front of them - it would have been better to have put the photography stand there.
  7. Bump for TM Stevens - the undoubted star of bass day !
  8. Good luck with the missus - if there's any more info you require or additional photo's of anything just let me know. Regards. Ed.
  9. neck width at nut 44mm neck width at 12th 58mm string spacing is 19mm at the bridge although the string spacing can be adjusted - the saddles can be moved individually - you could probably make it 20mm. Measurements taken using a stanley tape measure rather than any precision instrument ! Don't know what a standard string spacing would be(if there is such a thing) although the one on this bass feels noticeably wider than that on all of my other basses
  10. Cheers Kev - if they haven't gone by the weekend I'll stick them on Ebay and see what happens. Including the postage is probably ok on some of the smaller pedals but I charged £7.50 on the DL4 and it actually cost me £21 ! Having had bad experience with a variety of couriers in the past I'll only send things insured.
