Great instrument. Had it for a few days as a possible trade but it's not quite right for me. Sounds great, beautiful neck, lovely body - a little larger than a Fender. At this price its a steal for who-ever gets it. Thanks for letting me try it out for a few days Jass, really appreciate you letting me do that.

Sadly up for sale or trade is my pink Limelight jazz bass no. 00142.

I've been trying to return to playing four strings for a while but have realised that I just can't handle the deeper necks and need to stick with the shallower necks of the 5 string. So here we have my pink Limelight jazz - looks great, sounds great and is as 'new' as it were. I'd be really interested in taking trade offers on this as well as a straight sale - trades would have to be 5 string and with a shallow neck. Could be interested in amps / amps and cabs / combos too. Or nice DI's. Basically try me.

Any trades at all?

For sale or trade is my MXR Bass Auto Q. Great bit of kit and in generally good condition (few knocks, missing couple of screws underneath but its never been an issue) but just gathering dust as I never use it. First edition I think but still sounds great (doesn't have the switch that the newer versions have) and lots of flexibility with the sounds you can generate. Velcro on bottom.

Would be VERY happy to trade for a decent tuner (Boss or Poly Tune) or anything wierd and wonderful you want shot of.

£50 incl p&p in the UK.

For sale is my DYN-B contact pickup - it's just not getting much use as I'm playing very little amplified upright bass at the moment so I'm trying to shift on excess gear that's gathering dust in my gear cupboard.

These are great little pickups - a quick google search will throw up lots of info - but good at higher volumes and give an accurate representation of your instrument. Thomann are selling them at £300 plus so grab yourself a good deal. The case has had a small knock but the pickup hasn't had much use at all.

Bump. One left.

Ben bought my Berg 1x12 cab. Paid immediately, great comms. That's when it went downhill!

There was an unbelievable amount of hassle caused due to Parcelfarces complete ineptitude and inability to enter the 21st Century and text / phone to say there weren't coming. Ben was great with contact throughout this mess and very cool when it turned out he'd have to wait another week for the parcel due to extreme busyness at my end. We finally sorted it and all is well. Thanks for being patient Ben especially when I had £350 of your money and you had nothing to show for it for two weeks!

Totally recommend Ben to anyone buying / selling. NEVER use Parcelfarce.

Avoid Parcel-farce. Though I suspect looking at this thread we already know that. Still its worth re-iterating.

Sat in house for whole day waiting for collection. Nobody turned up. "oh the driver probably ran out of driving hours" was the only excuse proffered when rung the next day. Complete idiots. Pretty angry!

I could be interested. Is the Polytune mains power only though?
