    Hi Ladislav, body is alder wood , neck: rose/maple oil finish. I suppose that is made in Japan but I can't find any mark about it on guitar. You can read full specification of the bass on xotic website. https://xotic.us/instruments/basses/xp-series I have a hard case to ship the bass safely by courier with insurance covering full value but this is a buyer risk.
