    From what I saw, most 7ender copies made by hand by luthiers are about 1000 to 1500€. That's what Stevie-G asks for a relic'd assembled bass. But, you're not as famous for now. ANd it's not a 7ender copy. On the other Hand, it's handmade, and wayyy more interesting than yet anotehr Jazz Bass. IMHO, it's about right, for the market. Given the quality of your craftmanship, it's even on the cheap side, but I'm not sure the Market is up to it 🙂 That's an amount I'd be willing to give you for a custom bass, where I would select wood, shape and everything.

    Lemmy. Never been a Die Hard fan of Mötörhead, but I admired the guy for being just Lemmy. I knew his lifestyle wouldn't allow many more years, so I bought tickets for the concert near me that was supposed to come in February. Learning of his passing was quite a shock. It caught me Off-Guard, as I didn't expect to be that much affected.

    Could you give some details about the controls ? Just curious. I do have a similar setup on a bass, with Blend, and Vol/Tone stacked.

    I say buy it. It'll come in handy. It's a bit too thick for a top, but if you can slice it in two... it'll mean two burly tops. I Sent you a mail with some ideas, BTW. :-)

    Broadneck basses, As I would refer it, have a 48mm nut, a bridge string spacing of 20mm, and a width at 12th fret 72mm and 24th fret 85mm. It must be the Warwick Standard more or less, I can check this at home. Then you have the "Fender" large neck with a 51mm nut , but a 19mm string spacing. so it's a 69mm at 12th fret. It's what I had on the Squier Jazz Deluxe V Active. Pretty comfy, too. The Ibanez BTB/EDA is 47mm nut, 19mm string spacing, and IIRC 70mm at the 12th fret. I tried a lot of 5ers, but the Broadneck of the Dolphin 5 sold me. I mainly play 5ers now, but anything below 19mm is not playable for me.

    mmMmh. The Best amp I tried so far. A/B/C/D(ed it against Trace Eliott, MArkbass, Warwick, Ampeg... but this on is THE one. Dual channel, precise, powerful, awesome looking. Plus, you ship. (*goes back under sofa cushions to find money*)
