1. Chuck some EMG's in the Vibe.... The pickups are weak and can feedback in a band situation, you'll upgrade the wiring in the process and the EMG's have a particular voice that seems to come through no matter what bass you put them in (IMHO) My EMG loaded classic vibe sounded brilliant in a band, easily a match for a run of the mill USA Jazz ATB Mark

 3.
Right. I thought so. I've seen auctions for this seller before, although never this quantity in one go. His prices have always been pretty high in the past as well. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but it seems to be quite common for some of the European sellers, especially Spain and Italy.
currency rate doesn't help

 18.
Personally, I'd go with a Walkabout... but if you like a neutral tone... it's not for you!
You know what I like....... !! DB750 into your Bergs !!! OMG..... now THAT was a tone !! Hmmm...... Walkabout ? That's a thought, never heard one but quite like the design concept
 19. Guys, I'm considering my comeback amp !! I'm unlikely to gig again in the near future but want a good sounding/compact set-up for home practice / messing about ! My question to one and all is....... What is the best sounding small compact Bass amp ? I used to have a PJB Suitcase/4b set up which was excellent for home use, but did fart out a little to early !! A pair of aggie 112's take some beating with a decent amp I've hear great things about the bergantino IP cabs too..... I'd love opinions on the IP112 If a great tone is the main criteria in a compact set-up (money almost no objection) what is my best solution ? I know i'll need to try myself...... but All opinions welcome ! Thanks Mark
 20. Gan on Joe !! Well done bonny lad !!!
 21. Few things compete Live with a Good Fender Jazz into a GK RB 700/1001 I've used that set up live with a U2 Tribute and a RHCP Tribute (about as far away as you can get bass wise) and in both bands the GK Kicked serious butt !! Mark
