1. My wife is a mental health social worker and i am her full time client as a muso , she accepts that bass is mainly my world but compromise comes at jamming along with X-Factor (family time its called apparently)...but playing along at low volume levels of course...with the odd slap note and cheeky grin ....and telling her every bass purchase is a bargain, investment, medication etc etc
2. Still for sale
3. Ina recent string up and sticking to what i know best.....3 notes! Terrible mobile phone recording too and a 6 stringer type with rubber legs!
4.
Will watch this with interest. Maybe a big name non metal player should use one to turn it into a GAS ^_^
Yeah they're great basses and wish i could keep it-very underestimated bass IMO which is very similar in ways to my old Laky 5502 but obviously that was a 5 string and this is a 4. Unfortunately i cannot justify having 4x 4strings at the moment, especially with Mrs Rasta about to one drop baby Rasta at any mo Also its a shame some peeps associate ESP with spikey metallic metal vibes, far from it...got some great funk and dub going on this bass - very phat and a great close stingray sound too! If i had choice i'd go for your ESP though as i prefer natural so any takers i will also point them your way to have a look at yours too - irie bro btw which part of Kernow you from?
5. My ESP up for grabs on evilbay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ESP-LTD-Surveyor-400...=item4149d101e5 Great bass! Would also consider trade against 4x10 or preferably 6x10 or 8x10 cab or Roland MIDI pick up for bass, other bass midi gear and cash either way
6. I've got a Gig Skinz soft bass case and a Gig Skinz gig bag-very good quality and thick padded too-i usually keep a Laky JO5 in the Gig Skinz with no problems-good storage space too for gear etc.
7. Slow songs (riddims) with a great b-line, well i can almost say a genre - Old roots DUB :brow: King Tubby, Lee Scratch Perry etc etc Nuff Said

18. Some good b'lines to be had with Madness, found house of fun interesting. In Tru Steppaz we do The Prince (very easy), Nightboat to Cairo & One step Beyond (Prince buster) in our set.
19. Hi Guys, I love my 15" Mark bass Jeff Berlin Combo and my extension 15" cab but i'd like to remove the head (i think its the same as the mark bass LM2), to use on its own on special occasions with another cab (Ampeg 8x10 4ohm). Is there any small case/bag they can go into or can i buy the LM2 lid piece anywhere? Any suggestions welcome. Please note i am also very crap at DIY Thanks
20. Anyone who brings bass forward to a positive light is doing a good deed in my eyes , even if its a genre that i don't like such as cheese American rock (i.e. Motley Crue etc not RCHP....they're grrreat IMO), so i guess fair play to Mr. Flea for getting noticed for what we all love....BASS! And fair play to those like Wooten, Johnson, Graham, Pastorius, Miller, Clarke, Collins, Shakespeare & Barrett and many more-including you who take bass to the outer limits - BASS = ONE LOVE (including American cock rock ) A one nation under a groove!
21. Bumparooo, may have to do the evil bay!
