5.
Active or passive?
Passive
  6. Currently ON HOLD Warwick Corvette with lovely wood grain, great bass and well looked after, spent most of its life in a studio and never used live. Sounds great - typical 'Warwick growl'. Warwick Rockbag included. This is the proper German Warwick, 2006, great action and playability, passive. Priced to sell: £350 - Collect from Southwest Devon or courier at cost Tradewise: Try me on anything but I could add cash towards a Stingray 5, Warwick Streamer, Yamaha TRB 5 string, Lakland 4 or 5 string etc. Markbass 4x10 or WHY. I also have a USA Musicamn Sterling up for sale here: http://basschat.co.u...-musicman-l700/ Thanks for looking

  10.
See my post above!!!!
Haha meant Duran Duran's Rio...but have already downloaded the Spotify list which has given me further inspiration for a few tunes for a new 3 piece project. Great to hear Queen's 'Dragon Attack' again...i had forgotten about this track from my youth and forgotten what a great straight groove should sound like. Thanks for the Spotify. Can I add 'Portrait of Tracy' Jaco if it hasn't already been done. Ayurvedic by Ozric Tentacles and Springling of Clouds by Gong
  11.
Is anyone actually making a spotify list for these ? I'm going throw in Rio - Duran Duran (E)
Absolutely
  12. TRADED. I'm in no rush to part with this lovely instrument as I do rather like it more than I was expecting..... but if someone has a half decent 5 string then get in touch - preferably a 5 string Musicman ...but may consider others. My bass: 2002 virtually pristine Musicman Sterling (US) in Blue metallic with matching headstock and original MM case....plays, sounds and looks gorgeous Would sell for £700 as I've seen something i fancy ...quite a bargain for this immaculate piece of kit. 13. Bought a fantastic Squier VM Precision off here recently but have swapped the neck for a lovely maple I had beforehand. Have to say this neck is really nice and like new condition, thinner "C" shape, and somewhere between P & J width. Obviously fits a Fender/Squier type bass. Complete with tuners too. Great upgrade!

nut: 41.3 mm,
neck: maple, screwed
neck profile: modern, C-shape
fretboard radius: 9.5-inch (241.3 mm)
fretboard: rosewood, with white position markers
frets: medium jumbo
number of frets: 20
scale length: 34-inch (86.36 cm)
tuners: Vintage-Style
£75 posted
  14. Stir it up - Bob Marley & the Wailers A maj. So What - Miles Davis ...i'm led to beleive mostly D & Eb dorian modes (ish). Soul Man, Sam & Dave Key G
  15. I live in south west Devon and gig every weekend between festivals and/or weddings, making enough pennies to reduce my hours on the day job too ...Devon & Cornwall is the place to be
  16.
I have a 2008 Lakland Skyline Decade and it's perfect in every way
I'd love one of these
  17. We usually provide our deps with a recording of a recent gig too, just a rough Zoom H2 recording or similar...nothing fancy. Then they would know any fancy changes etc the band does...which my functions band do far too many
