have to say Rick Wright (rip) was a really underated keyboard player, did he do any solo stuff outside of the floyd?

an update... muso songwriter contacts me and wants some upright bass on his latest album, says he's an old pro so i assume he has some respect for his fellow musicians. i assume wrong... studio is 100 mile round trip and theres no food, so bring some grub and here we go... i'm expected to do this for FREE, not even EXPENSES, WTF... when i ask for some cash i get called a 'mercenary sob' (this is not verbal all in joky email btw) which is fair enough but when i ask if the engineer and studio owners are as ,mercenary as me he stops typing.

nice on PK, i hear they've widened the stage at ANB too, bout time.....

here go... 1966 Kay M1, pretty much mint condition, i had this shipped from Germany for 2200 euros, VERY light and with a very thin neck ( really not much fatter than a Fender at the nut) diamond burst laquer and rosewood fingerboard. Kays are great American rock n roll double basses and rare as hens teeth in the UK, mine doesn't suffer from any of the design faults Paul mentions but i had to pay top euro for that. not for sale btw.
