Yes, although I'm not sure what price to put on it. I need to think about getting a replacement for it.

I bought this Bass from Simon the other day and unfortunately don't get on with the neck. I'm looking to swap it for a Jazz Bass neck of similar quality and looks although I would trade for a rosewood with blocks.
The neck is from a 70's reissue and is Made In Japan. I'll trade it with the tuners on if the other neck has tuners otherwise I'll remove the tuners as I'll need them for the new neck. The tuners are Fender stamped.
EDIT - Will also consider trades for the complete Bass which includes Badass Bridge, Wizard 64 pups and John East J Retro

Why are you bumping this when we've already agreed a trade? I have made plans to come down to Plymouth next weekend and have already booked a Hotel to stay the night. If you don't want to trade please let me know so I can cancel the Hotel and make other plans for the weekend.

Before I started this post I sent the guy a message telling him it wasn't a Fender and it wasn't even a Squier and that he should change the description before the Ebay police pulled the auction.. He replied saying thanks for the information but didn't do anything about it. I reported it to Ebay after that, hopefully they collared him because he was well warned.

His "tutor" would have told him it wasn't a genuine Fender. He's clearly at it.

I'd walk away.

I'm primarily a pick player mainly because I came over from the dark side. I also find it easier to play my Acoustic Bass with a pick than fingers. I'd love to be able to play with my fingers more and am working on it, I intend to persevere when I play my electric with my other band .

Well done Mr Something or the other.

The annoying thing about these people is that genuine honest people get fooled.
His tutor rated it though so it must be good. -
Thanks Geoff, you're a gent.

What are the Yamaha ones like, they look like they're built for the road.

Ok, this is back up for sale, Trade fell through (no fault of other BC member) and I had a bad case of Gas and bought a Bass so needs must.
-
Ok, this is no longer required, in fact it's hardly been used, it was bought for me as a gift and is just lying around. Looking for £80 posted.

Good luck mate, if they found you, it'll probably have been through your Jam nights and they've already heard you play. They've obviously liked what they heard, it's a no brainer........the jobs yours

Watching with baited breath.

I used to have the 4 string version of this, wish I'd never sold it.

Yes something like that, unfortunately not as light as I'd like but at 2U I'm saving 1U and it's a quality amp from what I can make out.

I've put a bid in for a Crown XS700 which looks fairly decent.
