Ok, let me start off by saying this power amp is super light (around 7lbs) and powerful enough for any gig when running 2x4ohm cabs through it. I've had this shake glasses off a pub shelf and off tables on another occasion. Sounds great when paired with my SVP Pro Pre (for sale in another thread) Stats and pics are below 2-channel power amp delivers 530W at 4 Ohms, 800W at 2 Ohms per channel. Part of Peavey's IPR Series, the IPR 1600 Power Amp uses an advanced design that allowed Peavey engineers to dramatically reduce weight while increasing output power, reliability, and thermal efficiency. The rackmount power amp has a resonant switch-mode power supply and a highhigh-speed class D topology that yields the supremely high audio resolution and productivity. The Peavey IPR 1600 features two channels with independent, 100Hz crossovers and produces 530W per channel at 4 Ohms, or 800W per channel at 2 Ohms. Peavey's exclusive DDT speaker protection with multi-point clip sampling leads a protection-circuitry suite that also includes DC, Temp, Signal, and Active safeguards, all referenced on the front panel with LED indicators. It also features a variable-speed fan housed in a lightweight aluminum chassis. Changing tact a bit now. This is part of the rig that I'm selling but I've decided to sell each one separately. This ad is for my SVP Pro Pre Amp, it's in great condition for it's age and operates flawlessly. The PDF can found http://www.google.co....50723672,d.d2k Looking for £300 which includes postage. Would prefer straight sale but might consider trades.

Yes mate, my band did a gig there fairly recently. I think it was Glasto weekend therefore it wasn't as busy as we'd have liked but a good gig none the less. Were you sat at the front in the corner, I thought you might be a Bass player if that was you.
Just been round to "liberate" the 1212L There is some seriously good gear here folks, and it has obviously been treated well. Get in quick before it gets snapped up. Excellent cuppa too! Bargain bump!!
Andy, it was a pleasure meeting you, hope the cab treats you well. By the way, I had a look at your FB page, you've got some awesome basses on show. -

Ok, this ad was originally for a shed of gear which I have already moved on which is why it's in the wrong section. (Mods can you please move it to the appropriate section) There are however a few items remaining of which this one is for my Korg rack tuner. Everyone knows what this is so it doesn't need much explaining. It's pictured here in it's rack with the Poweramp which is also for sale in another thread. Korg DTR2 Tuner - £[s]50[/s] £45 postage included.

Bought Dave's Schroeder 1212L from him and he drove down to deliver it to me. All round easy transaction, thanks Dave

I bought Chris' Ampeg Pre-amp from him. Again all good and a pleasure to deal with. A few gigs down the road since buying it and absolutely loving the tone from it.

My son recently completed a Sound Engineering course and him and his mate have started a band together. So far they have put these two songs together which I think are great but then again I'm biased because I'm his dad. His mate is on Bass and Vocals and my son does the rest, guitars, mixing mastering etc. Anyway I know there's a lot of experienced guys on the forum and was wondering if they had any constructive input as he'd appreciate it. Any comments are welcome. https://soundcloud.c...ofevidencemusic

Gibson Les Paul with Strat Style Pickups
PURPOLARIS replied to PURPOLARIS's topic in General Discussion
All of the above is exactly what I thought but I thought I leave it open to more knowledgeable people. It's the old adage, if it looks to good to be true it probably isn't. Thanks for the replies. -
As the title says, has anyone ever seen one of those are have any knowledge about them ?
