  1. I'm trading or selling this unique, custom-made 2003 Fodera Matt Garrison Signature Imperial. The bass is in perfect condition with only a few minor dings from use. A magnificent instrument that sounds as good as it looks! The bass is an absolute dream to play, incredibly responsive with a wide range of sounds. I'm including a custom ramp for it, although it's not currently installed. #MG52247N Flame redwood top Alder tone block Walnut body Ebony fingerboard 3-piece ash neck Abalone dot inlays Neck-through construction 33" scale 18.5mm/19.0mm spacing Fodera/Pope Custom 3-band EQ Fodera/Duncan Dual Coil pickups 4.6kg Original Fodera case. For trades, I value it at £ 7600 (€9000) and would be interested in a '65-'66 or '73-'74 Fender Jazz Bass, Fender Custom Jazz Bass V, Pensa 5 , Alleva Coppolo 5. For sale: £ 7300 (€8500) The bass is in Valencia.
  2. I don't have a recording with the bass, nor a sample of the sound. I'm really sorry. But I assure you that it has a very very defined sound and a lot of punch. Very comfortable. Weighs 9.2 lbs. (4.1kg)
  3. Ken Smith Burner, Artist model, manufactured between 89 and 93. Made 100% by hand in Japan. Wood from Ken Smith's workshop. 5 pieces on the neck (purple and maple) and 5 pieces on the body (walnut and maple). Original electronics. Scale 34". Separation between strings 16.5 mm. The email Ken Smith sent me about this bass when I sent him the pictures: "In the first few years, the Factory some some direct within Japan. We never saw these basses. About 300 were made and sole in Japan. This is one of them and the Artist model." " 89-93? Builders.. We supplied the body wood.. A great factory in Nagano, Morris Guitars. I knew the owner personally." Comes with a Smith soft case from the period.
  4. No. Your intervention is as valid and interesting as mine or anyone else's. And your bass denotes that it has been used and has come a long and interesting path.... if I could tell everything it has experienced with its owners it would be incredible.
  5. It is totally correct.
  6. I have seen a couple more from the same date.
  7. BROO!!
  8. Thanks Chewie! Yes...it's very very nice. It has a perfect aged finish. A soft touch but an incredible sound. The painting has been wonderfully preserved. Plus it's light...what more could you ask for? A good price, right? Well, it also has it compared to what they usually ask for these basses in this state.
  9. -SOLD- I am selling this magnificent '65 bass, L series. Making a description of the Jazz Bass seems repetitive and boring to me. You can draw your own conclusions from the photos. I add some details to complete the information. It weighs about 3,850 kg. It is not exact but it is very approximate. Everything is original and sounds like a '65 jazz bass should sound. The truss works correctly. The body has the normal bumps of a 60 year old bass. Very few if you look closely. The paint wear is very moderate. The truth is that the state of conservation is wonderful. It has another ding on the neck that is purely cosmetic. It's not noticeable when you're playing and you run your thumb over it. For this reason and for the normal wear and tear of the instrument, I propose a more interesting price than the '65 jazz basses offered on other platforms or stores. If you want an authentic bass at a more reasonable price and save money, this is your bass. Comes with an original vintage Fender logo case. 9200GBP / 11000 €
  10. WITHDRAWN It is an instrument with enormous punch. Very very balanced. All original, including the previous one with epoxy. Very light for a Stingray of the era: 9.64 lb (4,375 kg) Weighed on precision scale. The body is from January 5, 77 and the neck is from February 1, 77. The potentiometers are from 76. The finish is beautiful. I have used it until this month in several concerts doing rock and jazz, and it has not disappointed me in any context. The bass is located in Spain. Shipping to Europe and UK.
