  1. We're playing again the fantastic Number 57s in Dock Street Dundee. Only 5 quid entry on the door for nearly 2 hours of Level 42 classics.
  2. I was very surprised at how well our first gig went down in Dundee, so I've book out the Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh. It's only a small room, 80 standing. Hopefully see some of you there? I'm always up for a chat about bass related things and we're a friendly bunch over all. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mr-pink-level-42-tribute-act-live-at-the-voodoo-rooms-sunday-7th-nov-tickets-167093746895?fbclid=IwAR3O7Mum1DTxBZxPntJ-cRy03uv14DBt6fjvOGTZ-GIGbgvuNoElRGKsLS8
  3. Thanks very much! And thanks for coming along : ) I enjoyed our wee chat. Can't see those videos, I think due to FB settings. Would be nice to hear how it sounded out front!
  4. Nice one! Thanks man. Come over and and have a blether, we're a friendly bunch

  6. Hi all, My Level 42 tribute band, Mr Pink, is playing in Number 57s in Dundee. We've been working hard to be able to do this. Due to the 'rona nonsense, there are limited tickets available. Here's us playing "Almost There" (which for a time we called "Nowhere near". This music has plenty of room for car crashes!).
  7. To Honour the Dissidents is a project I've formed with my best and oldest friends. This is the first single from our forthcoming album "Active Measures". I'm lucky to have such good friends who are also extremely talented musicians.
  8. About 4Kg I think. Sold it this week though!
  9. Thanks very much! It's nice to know our hard work is appreciated
  10. A true beast of an amp! Comes with carry case, foot switch and rack ears.
  11. Thanks! Different guitarist (Ralph Teviotadale), but everyone else is the same.
  12. Brand new, unused. Price includes Uk delivery.
  13. That's fine mate, not a problem. I bought it with it already installed. However, I have installed John Easts on jazz basses and it was painless! No soldering required.
  14. It's a very nice preamp indeed. The mid sweep is a very useful feature. I like beefing up the low mids with it.
  15. Thanks man. Aye, very good bass indeed. Not a huge deal of difference between this and my USA Stingray 5!
